Share Diet Plans

ok so my diet plan is... [very vague]
1)increase liquid intake (mostly teas and water)
2)decrease solid food intake tongue.gif
3)walk more

i want to loose at least 10 pounds... 10 pounds for sure by summer...
they you should loose like 2 pounds per week because its not good to loose too much weight too fast..
if i start 2-18 (sun.) and loose 2 pounds per week...
i'll be at my weight goal by april... >< but can i keep it there?

i'm not on any particular diet. although i tried to lose weight by going on the master cleanse(yes, i know its not a "diet")..but failed a couple times haha


basically, i just keep it real simple by
-eating healthier
-eating less
-drinking more water
-being more active

I lost like 6-7 pounds in a month so.....just taking it slow.

^me either, I plan to eat healthier and be more active.
-eat alot of fruits
-drink this hot brown rice drink every morning
-drink oolong tea every night
-not to deprive myself of the unhealthy foods I used to eat like sweets. I realized that it doesn't work, I have to slowly stop eating them and after a while I won't even like them anymore. I gave up rice once and I thought I was going to die, but after awhile I started to not even care whether I ate rice every night. But it was a slow process.

My plan is not to rush anything but to give up bad habits one at a time.
I've lost about 8 pounds since January.
I think the brown rice drink really works.
Are you attracted to me like O's are to H's??? O_o

I'm sticking to a diet.
whereby i exercise regularly, and i really mean it.
It has been for a few months and i'm staying strong and i do feel strong.
Basically i take on Kickboxing 4 times a week, aerobics 3 times a week and cycling once a week.
For food wise, i try to drink more plain water and cut down on junk food but i still eat junk food. Lol
