1)increase liquid intake (mostly teas and water)
2)decrease solid food intake
3)walk more
i want to loose at least 10 pounds... 10 pounds for sure by summer...
they you should loose like 2 pounds per week because its not good to loose too much weight too fast..
if i start 2-18 (sun.) and loose 2 pounds per week...
i'll be at my weight goal by april... >< but can i keep it there?
