Helo,
I have about 19 colummns in my excel and I want to paste them in microsoft world. But somehow after shrinking the size of the colllumns in excel , and when I paste it it gets wider again , so that I can't fit them in my Word.
Can someone help how I can do it?
I think I have to divide into 2 sets cuz it's too big... I tried doing it, and again it widens back in word pad..so i can't see the tables far right..
Thankss

Help: Excel Tables Problem How to paste them in microsoft word?

When I paste things from excel, I usually do this in Word:
Make a Table > insert > Table (1 row, 1 column)
right click > Table Property > Option > uncheck automatically resize to fit tables
and under table property > Border and Shading > none
(I forgot why I do this step.. i think it's easier to move things around)
in the area,
edit > paste special > picture (metafiles)...
So it's just like a picture, the only problem is, it's not live.. so you'll have to fix it in excel and repaste things if you decide to change some numbers.
But it's easier to label tables (right click + caption) and make a table of tables at the end.
You can probably skip the table part.
