OMFG!!! I still can't belive that jiraiya is Dead TT^TT !!! It's so hard to believe!!! I feel so sorry for Tsunade and Naruto and whoever was close with him!!!! NARUTO TT^TT!! JIRAIYA!! I will always remember you as the greatest teacher ever!!!!!!

I would cry, too, but I'm afraid I'm all dried out. He was my favorite character... And I was so disappointed that we didn't get to see more of Naruto's reaction! I was waiting for it since before Jiraiya died. You know how long that is? But, nope, we had to see more of Sasuke.
My hate for Sasuke has truly grown over these last few chapters. That freaking..... AHHHH! I suppose he wants his brother to turn over in his grave. Naruto will ultimately choose Konoha over that jackass but it'll take another 10 chapters. Sigh*

I know Itachi loves Sasuke and all, but I wonder just what exactly was he thinking when he decided to turn Sasuke into a raging, vengeful monster. Honestly, did he really expect Sasuke to not find out the truth? No large amount of automatic Amaterasu apparently was enough to keep Madara's lips from moving. I mean, the way Itachi handled the Sasuke situation, I'm almost getting the feeling that on some subconscious level, Itachi wanted Sasuke to do something about the village for the pain he was put through to follow orders...

But I guess I shouldn't go too Freudian on this...I'm pretty sure that Sasuke will eventually turn on Madara (not soon, of course), cuz that's just simply the kind of person he is. (And plus the automatic Amaterasu is a dead giveaway of a foreshadowing device.)

In the future, you'll see the showdown between Naruto and Sasuke, where Naruto ends up beating Sasuke, and then becoming Hokage. Then they'll tear down the 2 statues of Madara and the 1st Hokage at that river and put the statues of Naruto and Sasuke on it lol

I'm glad that Naruto handled it in a realistic fashion and not in a totally-blown-up-out-of-proportion style like how most people would think of it. Admittedly, his anger at Tsunade was a bit harsh, but that's typical psychology right there; usually if a bad news of extreme proportions lands on you just like that (while just recovering from yet another retrieval mission failure), you tend to instinctively do something irrational and blame somebody who had little fault in it.

...and YES! First chapter in a long time WITHOUT SASUKE!!! TAKE THAT!

Sad chapter. I cried while reading. Felt sad for Naruto and Tsunade. On the other hand, I'm glad that we moved on from Sasuke. I hate him. Itachi should've killed him from the beginning, but then there won't be any story if that happened.
