I haven't read naruto manga in a while and I didn't want to search through all the posts so I'll just ask this quick question? Who ordered the massacre of the Uchiha Clan? Third Hokage? Those two elder people?

Forget mere participation...he's actually mulling over getting the 8-tails power itself! Granted, he claims that he doesn't need it, since he says his new mangekyou sharingan is good enough (and with a cocky expression, might I add)...until he started experiencing...certain side effects...

Raikage's moving in with a vengeance! I did have a feeling he'd be pretty irritated with Konoha for not being able to take care of its Uchiha problem. As for a summit? That'd be pretty interesting, I wonder if Madara will meet with them...

Pretty sure that means there was a Hyuga who deserted the village and Konoha was able to kill that person.

cutiek028: for some reason, i remember this from the Neji-emo part. I remember that it was the lightening village who wanted to steal their eye secret by kidnapping Hinata. But her father stopped the kidnapper but killed him. Then Neji's father took the blame instead of Hinata's. He got killed and that's why Neji is an emo boy.

Is it me... or this chapter was unsatisfying?

I've always had a suspicion that Konoha had a two-faced nature ever since Madara revealed the truth about Itachi. I was about to throw that suspicion away...until the Raikage said something about Konoha's dealings with Hyuuga, and I gotta say...Konoha is becoming less saintly by the minute.

what I found interesting is that they needed pain for the 8-tails transfer. I guess the main power behind the transfer is Pain. Maybe coz he can use all the elements or that he has other versions of himself. I think as soon as Naruto finishes his training, Pain will show up and they will go fight so Naruto can avenge Jiraiya before Naruto faces Sasuke.

What I want to know is what the heck was the point of those 3 years of training he did with Jiriaya? He didn't learn anything!!! Everyone else in the village grew up big time and even raised one ninja rank!

If I remember correctly, Most of his initial training involved trying to harness the 9-tail's chakra so that Naruto can use it. But then I guess halfway through the training Naruto went ape-crap when he turned into the 4-tailed version of the 9-tailed fox and almost killed Jiraiya. I guess it kind off all went to waste after Jiraiya forbade him to use the 9-tail's chakra.


On a side note:
I wonder when will that scroll frog show up. The one trhat Jiraiya puked out before he fought Pain. Supposedly, it's the "key" or the other half of the nine-tail's power.

If Naruto and Sasuke face off, then me thinks Itachi gave Naruto a genjutsu-proof technique or a way of dispelling genjutsu very easily. Not the amateratsu extinguisher technique I guessed in an earlier post
