I could see why Kishimoto is prepping Danzou to become Hokage, to prepare Sasuke's arrival to kill off the elders and Danzou.

Then we see Shizune talk with Hishou

Hishou : "Hokage's messenger ? I would like an answer to my letter."
Shizune : "As the Hokage's assistand, I'll take it."

Then Danzou comes.

Danzou : "I'm the new 6th Hokage ! I'll take that letter." He reads. "Sasuke huh ? I knew this day would come sooner or later."

Kiba comes to Naruto.

Kiba : "The 6th gave the order to kill Sasuke !"


Can't wait into seeing what Naruto will do in this situation..glad the Manga is Interesting again thought It end up like bleach =-="

I was so pissed reading the end of 450. Why not Kakashi? I'd rather it be him than Danzo. Although Kakashi was the first choice, to me it seems like they disregarded Kakashi too quickly.

and by the looks of things it doesnt look like tsunade will die, if she was i dont think they'd be dragging it out like this. whenever theres any uncertainty, most likely the charachters will pull through. eg. kakashis miracle revival.

Glad that Danzo became the 6th Hokage. Now, Sasuke can kill him and Tsunade is save, in case that she survives.

Don't quote me on this, but I think they were the ones trying to build a bridge in the hidden mist village. it was way back when we first saw Kakashi use his copy cat sharingan on that hidden mist ninja (can't remember his name but he's the one with the big sword). Sasuke's current companion wanted this guy's sword.

It was either that, or the one where this one kid boy who looked like a girl (who was also a genius, battled Sasuke and Naruto inside some sort of mirror cube).

Edit: Just went over one of the earliest chapters and yes, the old man and child appeared when Kakashi and team went to battle Zabuza (the guy with the big sword from hidden mist village).

And yes, the old man and the boy are village people from the Mist Country.

The old man was an architect for a bridge in his village who came to Konoha to get help of getting rid of some bad guys who were tyrannizing the village. The boy is the old man's grandson. It was during the Zabuza Arc where we first saw Sasuke, Sakura, and Naruto working together on a big misson. Sasuke and Naruto did some chakra training by climbing trees. Sasuke saves Naruto from Haku and almost dies and Naruto goes all kyubbi cause he thought Sasuke had died saving him. We see Kakashi's sharingan for the first time. There is Zabuza with the pointy teeth and long sword and Haru, the girly-looking boy with the mirror technique. And in the end, when Team 7 defeats the bad guys and leave the village, the boy, who had befriended Naruto, thanks him and tells him he will never forget the hero of their village and the village calls the bridge the Great Naruto Bridge.

I know the first volumes of Naruto really well. Everything after the Gaara went crazy in the Konoha village is a little fuzzier. I hope to re-read the whole thing one day soon!

Wow, I just realized he hasn't appeared for a while!!!

I looked it up on Naruto Wiki and it said:

"Sai has a diminished role in later arcs. He is present during the search for Itachi and Sasuke, but does not make any major contributions to the search. During the invasion of Pain, he is away with Yamato and Anko, tracking down Kabuto Yakushi. "

So I guess since Yamato was back in the village rebuilding, Sai is back as well, but I haven't seen him...
