yea basically we don't know for sure yet

So far it leads to Tobi being Madara since Pain himself stated that Madara specifically ordered him to capture the nine tails.

well, i was just stating the 1380471087 possible ways that tobi can be both madara and obito at the same time. the fact that tobi is some form of madara (at least in other characters' perception) is pretty much confirmed, but we were discussing why and how people have not ruled out the tobito theory. especially since he still hasn't revealed his face.

huh..

i am 100000000 % sure that itachi doesnt die and im pretty sure that everyone has the same opinion.

but if he does die... kishimoto is killing off characters left and right! first asuma then jiraiya (T___T nooo! i still refuse to believe it) and then itachi..

*sigh* naruto is starting to lose my interest..

I still can't comprehend how this Madara guy could be stronger than Pain especially when the Rin'negan is far more powerful. Back when it was revealed the true Akatsuki leader was an Uchiha I was very disappointed. I was hoping the leader of Akatsuki would be someone not even the Uchiha could push around.

interesting stuff this chapter, but yeah it's like we all thought, it was all genjutsu. like sasuke could've killed itachi that easily.

The thing with Madara helping Itachi isn't surprising at all. I think me and probably other people was expecting it when we first discovered Madara was the real Akatsuki leader. The question I have now is why did Madara want to kill the entire Uchiha clan.

If the Mangekyo Sharingan causes blindnesss then wouldn't Madara be blind already?

Yeah seriously. The villains are too overpower now. What Pain is capable of is ridiculous already, yet he's not even the strongest. Just imagine what Madara can do...

Kishimoto completely destroyed Pain's character, and if the latest chapter is to be taken at face value, he's done the same to Itachi. Why does everyone have to take orders from Madara? >:c

I'm fully aware of that and thats why its so unbelievable. The Rin'negan is supposed to be some tool of God, but yet Pain's power possibly falls short of Madara's Sharingan. Its like no matter what, someone stronger is gonna keep strolling by.

^^^The manga is starting to be like DBZ, lol.

Looks like Madara was going blind and he killed his brother. Now his Mangekyou Sharingan is always activated (without using any chakra). I wonder if this is the final secret of the sharingan Itachi was talking about or just a whole new level/different ability

Everything about the Uchiha clan made sense after that latest chapter. Major eye plucking man ... major.

But it was kinda funny seeing Itachi go a little hysterical with that facial expression of his. Hehe! Finally, some emotions.

I guess all good things must come to an end...Itachi can't always stay 'cool' forever. It would actually be unnatural of him to hold such stoicism, right when his 'prize' is standing right in front of him. I feel like Kishimoto got the 'eye-plucking' idea from Kakashi's eye surgery in Kakashi gaiden; he DID end up with a permanent sharingan in that eye...

Even so, I actually thought it was hilarious when he went berserk like that. It reminded me of this fanfiction chapter I read about how Itachi got offended by the Konoha twelve because of the stupidest things, and consequently went berserk and wanted to "smite them all pointlessly".
