Can someone tell me which songs they sang LIVE in their second Seoul Concert?
I wonder why they always seem to sing live for their Japanese songs, but they lipsynch like hell for Korean songs =_+

I like Hello Again from Five in Black, my favourite from that album. I like Dead End better than Zion, don't know why, people seem to like Zion better.
I also like the I'll Be There, I think it surpasses the Korean version. Probably because there isn't any grammar retarded English phrases ^^

Mel, it was actually me who mentioned all the "lalala's" in "Hello Again." Yeah, like I said before, I really just wished that they had harmonized them. DBSK does beautfiul harmonization, and I think that they would've fit better with the song instead of the random lalala's. The songs was really nice at the beginning, but then it got kinda draggy near the end. Still a very good song though.

Uruchai, actually I really liked the Korean version of "I'll Be There." I used to REALLY love it, but now it's okay with me. I don't think the Japanese version has vocals that are quite as good as the original. Of course, that's the case with all their songs that they sing in different languages. Nothing beats the original Hug or One, the other versions are just lesss appealing and powerful...

I guess it's the language thing. When you translate their songs to Japanese/Chinese/English, you end up with words that'll either have more or less syllables than the original Korean version. Thus, the new versions sound cluttered. At least that's what it sounds like to me when I listen to O.Sei.Han.Go, like the words are just meshed in there...Same with I'll be There. When the words have to be changed in order to match up with the music, it just doesn't sound as good. Is it just me who feels this way?

And I'll add more to what I saying before. I really would buy everything that had DBSK's name slapped on it, I really would, but I don't have the money to do so. I don't really like to download their music, but that's the only way I (along with many others) can listen to their music. Are you suggesting that if we can't buy their music then we should have to just live without it? I don't think I, or anyone else, could really do that.

Also, adding to what I had before. Think about it, it's the only way newbies to DBSK and the kpop world can get their music without having to regret buying the album later (If they don't like it). If there was no downloading whatsoever, many of us wouldn't be here. How else would we have been exposed to DBSK? I don't know about you guys, but I'm not willing to buy music from international artists if I don't even know how their good music is...I HAVE TO KNOW what I'm getting myself into before I commit myself to buying an album. Sure it sounds picky, but I'm not the only one doing it.

I'm just gonna say; I absolutely love their japanese songs. The unreleased tracks from FIB are way more unique and original than many of their korean songs; that's one thing I like about their japanese music, they tend to experiment more and they try to stand apart because well, they are fighting for a place in the japanese market. (and when i say "They" I'm not refering only to the boys, more likely their whole management, record label, etc...)

Regarding illegal downloading, there are certain things i disagree, but then again i'm not gonna lie and say i don't benefit from them, because for once, the reason why I had the chance to get to know dbsg is because I was able to download their music before hand. It is virtually impossible for someone who lives in Mexico to hear about them in the radio or on TV. Nevertheless, there is a bunch of people that don't support them, even though they are "fans". That's what I don't like. Some people is just cheap or lazy to pay for their albums and such.

Piracy is totally unnaceptable, we should not support that practice, because we are destroying the music industry, as well as many others.

So yeah, support dbsg buying their new japanese album =D
And if you buy, remember to buy the japanese version, I know is almost 2 times as expensive in comparison to the korean versions or HK versions that are released later, but buying the Japan version will reflect in the sales numbers in tht country ^^

I like the beginning of Dead End too. And CHOOSEY LOVER cooking clips HAHAHAAH micky is like WASABII! that look on his face was so cute and then he held something else up. ahhh that clip was <3 and jj was making that chocolate dumpling and i couldn't stop staring at his fingers LOL they look like kindergartener fingers! must hold them. The All About DBSk DVD is great, plus it comes with subtitles in English, which is helpful for non Korean Speakers (actually it comes with Korean subs too... and more... Japanese I think). It has lots of interactions plus dramas. If you like JaeHo, get the DVD and watch the drama "Dangerous Love", the first scene will surely kill you <3

As for the Xman episodes.. they do have a Chuseok Special with all 5 members in there, but I don´t seem to remember the rest. Let me finish my paper (I´m procrastinating to the max T.T ) and if someone hasn´t gotten back to you already I´ll look them up for you. Oh... the DVD has also some Xman cuts.

You can watch bits of the "Of course" game on youtube (actually, if you search for xman on youtube, I´m sure you´ll be able to finx what you´ve been looking for). JeJoonh vs ChangMin and JunSu vs YunHo and Bae SeulKi. These are hilarious... not JaeHo but... I´m getting sidetracked in here (those who know me, know it alwys happens when in searching for DongBangness, I end up just looking at any other show and forgetting T.T ). Although the joke for Junsu´s "of course game" translation is a bit off (because it´s like... SO hard to translate from Korean, so whoever translated this has mad props from me, really)... so I shall explain it to you all (yeah I´m random)

I do have a few of the eps (and some I haven't finished downloading yet) but as you know greed is a human's weakness so I just want to make sure that I ultimately have everything on them. I mean business when I said leaving no rocks un-turned (well at least in the best of my ability). I watched ep part of 151 so far and it's good. There's an ep on them playing some kind of dodge ball game. I wonder which ep it is. So far, I saw so many little cute clips of Jaeho that I don't know where to get.

oh, it's disappointing that there's not much Jaeho stuff in there. You see it through me. I'm all about Jaeho. But you know what I'll collect it anyways just to have DBSK stuff on the shelf. I'm more of a DVD collector than a CD collector. Now if only some Korean director will get a clue and feature Jaeho as a couple in an angst-y love story in some drama/movie. Needless to say, it'll sell like hot cakes. I square I'll be all over that one for sure.

Wow... Personally, I don't know if this is a "hectic" schedule or a "nice" one... oO; I think it's pretty decent? I'm not really sure how the music industry works, but the performance schedule seems okay; although I did see another schedule before and I think that was their whole schedule - now THAT was pretty darn hectic. =\

I just hope none of the boys gets sick, and their performances are awesome, like usual.


I personally think their Japanese songs are pretty good. Like some others, I guess it just took time for them to grow on me - well, not really. Because I don't think I paid much attention to them (I'm referring to the HMS album ones), but then when I honestly -listened- to it, and read the lyrics, I couldn't stop listening to them~ xD Although the "image" they give off on the "Five in the Black" album is different from the HMS album, I don't mind it. =) But it might just be my personal music preference, and this is all just my own opinion. ^^

As for downloading music -

I don't know. It's pretty subjective. I'm guilty of it, that I know; I don't know how many anime OST's I've downloaded online before, and not once have I bought one or even thought of doing so. At first, when I listened to DBSK - yeah, they were good, but they didn't motivate me to buy their CDs or singles, either. It wasn't until my obsession love for them got going that I really, REALLY wanted to get their CDs and stuff.

Although I still download them, really, it's just because I can't get my hands on them yet, but I'm fully determined to get them. ALL. ^^ So I'm going to be looking for a summer job~ But, I think, in this sense, downloading helps the artist, in an indirect way. Yes, it doesn't count towards album sales, but I think if you really get into the artist, it'll prehaps lead to the person to buying their stuff someday. =) I probably wouldn't have been able to get into DBSK if it weren't for downloading their songs, I admit, but I've got new goals now, after following them for a short while. ^^

So.. yeah. Just my opinion on the topic.

I still buy my stuff from Yesasia; and they're very reliable for me. Someone from Yesasia, as confirmed by the mod, clarified that YA sales does reflect in music chart. thus, they do indeed support the artist. check out that thread. because if you really want reasonable shipping [and by that I mean FREE SHIPPING offer ], YA is a good choice.

that's why when I heard about YA sales didnt reflect in the artist's album sales, I was really confused cause it didnt make sense to me. however, let me just say that the YA rep only confirmed for the Korean situation. I'm not sure if they also reflect in the Oricon chart when it comes to the Japanese ones.

I just wanted to say what i think about their japanese album!!!
It was OK i mean i love their songs but some of them are lame to me like "choosey lover" or "miss you" otherwise it's a good album but not as powerful as their korean albums. What i'm saying about those song is if they weren't DBSG's i wouldn't listen to them..but i listen to their songs Since i LOVE THEM .

Don't get me wrong, I would totally buy their albums if I had the means to. I don't have a credit card, so ordering online is not much of an option for me, and I live in the US, so there aren't like any stores around me that would supply their albums. At least downloading gets them more fans who might be new and not want to buy their alubms just yet, right?
