you mean install the korean font?
on winxp: control panel > (in classic view) regional and language options > languages [tab] > check: "install files for East Asian Languages" > OK > (it may ask for your winxp CD...so just folllow the instructions, reboot, and you're done)
theres also other cjk programs...like njstar communicator...if you prefer something like that.

and i have the language bar w/ EN[english] and KO[korean]
but..i dun have the IM PAD nd my sis does..to write korean..-0-;..
