So...I received my PSAT score but I've been confused about the National Merit Scholars. I heard about the passing score whatever is usually around ~215 to the National Merit Semi-Finalists/ Commendable Student . But, I don't get how they choose the National Semi-Finalists. Does it ALL depend on the PSAT score that you get, or does like the real SAT score count or even GPA and other stuff?

In order to make Semifinalist, all you have to do: your PSAT score must be above the "cut-off" score. This score however varies with each state and every year. That's how you are determined for Semifinalist or Commended. Commended kids didn't quite make the cut. Once you are made a Semifinalist, then you must submit your transcript, recommendation, essay, extra currics, and your SAT score. That is how they determine your finalist standing.
However keep in mind that out of 16,000 Semifinalists, 15,000 make it on to Finalist. =] So it's not too hard. Hope that helped! Any more questions, let me know =]

to become a semi-finalist, you have to be above your state's cut-off score, for california it's uaually 218-220 ish.
once you're a semi-finalist, you fill out a form packet with your grades, gpa, list of activities you do, a teacher's rec, a short essay, and your SAT scores.
then they review your form and see if you're qualified to become a finalist. a majority of the semi-finalists become finalists. so don't fret.
