Yup, I'm screwed. (BC for me)
From the practice tests we did in class, I got a 2, a 3, then magically a 5 (the 2003 test wasn't that bad, really). So I have no idea where I stand.
GOOD LUCK ON YOUR AP's EVERYONE!

I'm taking the AB one...
I did practice free-response questions for 1998 and they were the easiest things in the world. Then they gradually get harder and harder after each year.
It's so not fair in a way. I can at least comprehend what they are asking for in the ones back in 2002 and 2003 but once it gets up to 2004 and later, it's like a whole new language to me.
Kill me, nowwww!!!

ohh and i have the same teacher for calc and stats, and i'm pretty sure i'm screwed on both. she started reviewing with us only 3 weeks ago.

Haha, I wish I could "magically" get a 5 on the real BC exam. Ha, like that's gonna happen -.- I've been consistently getting 3's on practice exams. I'd be very satisfied with a 4 on this exam. Math is not my type of thing at all. I took a "mock exam" after-school a few days ago (3+ hours of calculus, non-stop). I pretty much just gave up when I got to the series question (#6 on FR). I only got a 3 though. My teacher said he gave us the hardest level of multiple choice and the free response is fairly reasonable. He said we should add 1 point to our score since that's probably gonna be our actual score for the real exam. For me, life would be good with a 4

i officially hate the month of may.
i'm taking threee.
i wonder how much i'll stress about aps next year when i have 4-5..
we did SO much all-nighter type work in apush and i totally didn't get anything out of it.
UGH. i'm so scared for the test this friday!
i'm also taking the english ap test, too.
and it sucks cus my apush teacher tells us our english teacher should teach us how to write the synthesis essay (which is basically the same thing as the dbq) and our english teacher assumes that we already learned it in apush.
good thing we did a million in euro-_-;
ughh..and we have learned NOTHING at all in english. i am so scared..
AP CHEM. i've given up. T_T all this acid and base. and equilibrium and equations makes me sickkkkk
teach me y'all cram skilllllllssssss!
..now to go back to my desk to study.................-__-

I plan on already taking AP Physics B.
By the time I graduate I will for sure have Honors Biology, Honors Chemistry, AP Biology, Human Anatomy, and AP Physics B. Should I take AP Chem or not? Would it really be that helpful as my brother says?
Also, is AP Cal as bad as I heard? Haha I REALLYYYY want to take it. I love math classes
Edit// Oh and how is AP Stats? I'm thinking about adding that into my schedule next year. I would ask around at school, but nobody I know is in any of those classes.
I pretty much have all of the classes that I need to graduate so I'm just throwing in as many math and science classes as I can. Block scheduling makes life good :]

I feel like there's nothing more I can do to study for it anymore.
The sections I'm worried about are the reading passages, and the formal presentation T_T;;
We took a mock exam like 2 weeks ago and my teacher said I can get a high 4 or a low 5 =)
I'm hoping for the 5 >.<;;
I'm so screwed for AP Calculus.
The teacher who taught it before retired for one year and she's coming back next year (because for some reason, you get a raise if you retired for one year and come back? I have no idea how the system works).
So we got a replacement teacher who is super nice but have never taught AP Calc before.
She's like my grandmother, instead of my math teacher
Apparently, the previous teacher has a 100% passing rate!
I'd rather have a hard teacher that will push me instead of an easy teacher that teaches me nothing.
I don't think I'm going to send in my AP Calc score to my college.
I heard it looks REALLY bad if you get a A/B in the class but you only score a 1/2 on the AP exam. Ahh!
I'm also taking AP Psych (which I really need to study for)
*sigh... Prom's this weekend too -..-

Anyway, AP Calc Tuesday, and don't worry so much about it. Just write down everything you know, and remember UNITS!!!
I was home after my gov exam, trying to study for Calc, and my cat sat down on my stuff, so I figured I'd share this with you guys, and cheer you up. I know it made me smile. [:

Sorry if it's kinda big. ^^'
Anyway, AP Chem is a good class, but if you want to major in it, or like go pre-med, you're going to have to take the class anyway, because AP Chem in High School is no where near as indepth as it is in college. I don't know why we all rush to take AP Classes, actually for me its just my GPA, but anyway, because a lot of the schools don't accept the credit anymore. Like its useless to take Physics B if you're not going to take Physics C because you won't get credit for Physics B even if you get a 5.

And Calc. is a lot easier to pass than what you guys make it to be. I thought I would get a 2 on the practice exam for sure, but I bombed it really bad getting a 28/45 on the MC and a 19/54 on the FR and ended up getting a 4. The scale is really skewed and 66-108 is a 5 46-65 is a 4 i think, and like ~35 is a 3 so...all you need is like 33% on the test to pass. :]

That's pretty much all I have to say about it lol.
My class only did 1 practice test...it was so bad. :[ I bet 75% of my class is going to get lower than a 3. Pretty sad. =/

APJapanese this Thursday and then APBiology next Monday.
APBiology is going to screw me over so bad. >_>

APBio's not that bad. My teacher gave us a final of 100MC questions in around 40 mins and 2 open response questions, and the average was an F (literally). But I think 35-65 was a 3. So even if you fail it, it's still like a 3.
