Bio - 3
Eng Lan/Comp - 3
Although it was not as well as i had wanted, I at least got a 3 and I will get money now!
My bio teacher wasn't that great, I ended up cramming a prep book the week before the test.
My English teacher was wonderful though. I wasn't taking the AP course but she still ended up teaching us all AP stuff and asked us to try the test, so I'm proud. lol. I will do better next year.
I'm going into junior year now. I'm not taking too many ap courses
AP US History
AP Computer Science
AP Eng Lan/Comp 3
I was going to take AP chem. But the teacher switched right before I entered High school and the pass rate dropped Dramatically.

The MC part is mostly being able to run through codes and tell what they output. But for the Open Response, you have to write your own codes according to the conditions.
For some reason, all the guys in my class picked up everything really quickly, while us girls had a harder time.
For the class, we didn't do a lot, just some javabat.com exercises, and some GridWorld stuff.

i didn't take the exam, but i took the class last year. it's actually a really fun class if you already like working with codes. i signed up because i wanted to work more with html/C++, but the whole course was just on Java script. you need to memorize the basics and what they are for. the fun stuff is when you get to write your own program. my teacher is big a Pokemon fan, so he made us do a lot of programs with Pokemon in them haha.
can someone give me some info on AP Stat please? and how is that class/exam compare to AP Calc?

Good luck with YOUR AP's! You have a much heavier load than I do. Bio and Calc totally took over my life last year.... Second semester was quite miserable -.-

anyways, I'm going to take...
AP Psychology
AP Chem
I heard the AP test for Chem is really hard. for the past 5 yrs in my school, everyone who actually passed it received a 3. so, I'm really worried. which review book should I buy ? How should I study ? what's on the AP test ? & do you guys have any other tips, advice, or resources for AP Chem ? thanks. ^^
I wish I could take AP Computer Science, but they don't offer that at my school, even though we're required to take one year of computer science to graduate. =/ it'd help me a lot too, since I'm going to major in computer engineering.

- DO NOT memorize how to do individual calculation problems. Understand the steps.
- Practice doing a lot of problems. Reading a lot won't help you much.
- Previous years' free-response
http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testin.../samp.html?chem
* I didn't take a look at AP Chem's previous year free-response questions at all, but my AP Calc BC teacher gave us lots of those to practice with. The stuff on this year's test were pretty much the same as what they had in previous years, with different numbers and stuff. Definitely a BIG help.
- Unless your teacher is really horrible and/or you're doing poorly in class, don't worry too much about the test until you've learned most of the material and the test date is approaching. You should be learning the material not just for the test.

I heard the AP Gov test isn't bad at all. My friend said it was a really fun class.
AP Bio - the test wasn't that bad, but the class is kind of ehhhh. SO much reading. The Open Response killed me.
AP Spanish -..........that's pretty much all I can say about it. It was probably just my class though, everyone was so unprepared. We did a lot of story reading throughout the whole year, but that was about it. I kind of wish I dropped it and took something else. =/
AP Lit - I heard the test is kind of hard.

AP Am Hist
How were the AP exams for these? :]
I've only taken AP Spanish out of those, and it was
I heard APUS (I'm assuming AP Am Hist is APUS?) isn't bad at all. Just a lot of memorizing. And I heard AP English Lang/Comp was hard, but that may just be in my school, the class is kind of considered a joke.
