It's a small rant...I swear.

Im taking three ap's this year. they are not my first, and two of them - its the teachers first year of teaching

IM taking AP Bio - and the two new classes are AP Govt and AP Psychology.

Ap Govt's evened out now, he seems to understand how to handle the class

AP Psychology - she has NO CLUE what she's doing! >< She keeps teaching it like a regular psychology class
and the tests have random blurbs cause she's fricking pregnant.

AHOY moodswings and dangerous storms ahead =o

we've done maybe... one? frq. and when we went to the writing lab, she didnt even show up, so she graded it completley differently than how we were 'advised' to do it T_T;;;

most of the time in that class, I zone out and barely pay attention since I know most of it already, but some of her stuff just comes soooooo far left field.


AP Bio - its a zero hour class o_o; since im on an AB block schedule, it means i come anywhere from 45 minutes to 30 minutes before actual regular school starts. most of the time we dont even do anything but just SIT there.
the actual teacher for the class, XD; apparently, he hasnt taught in the last 10 years or so. so he gets student teachers to teach his classes.

I dont deny that they dont know their stuff, they really DO know it, but face it, they are greenhorn's when it comes to teaching.

Our student teacher for first semesters pretty cool, but he managed to rustle up another bio intern for 2nd semester. T_T;; it seems like we're really just skimming the surface on the information and not really going indepth on anything at all. Like diagrams? that's all we get for visuals, we dont even use microscopes or whatever to view cells which makes no practical sense to me at all o-o;;

My AP govt teacher just keep talking every single day and makes everybody sleepy... lol
i'm not gonna take the AP exam for this since i know i'm going to get a 0... o_O
i dont learn anything in that class...

AP Calc AB is confusing me.... i hope i can get a 3 on the exam tho.. but it seems so hard.... T.T

AP BIO is really sucks... i hate that class... my teacher cant teach really well... =________=

the only easy APs that i rarely worry about is english comp. and chinese. bleh. this whole year just sucks.

Well recently I added AP Spanish 4 to my schedule...and we have to do a video. What sucks is that most of the people in my group are Sophomores and they do not want to film during the weekends. Crap, hopefully it all works out. Right now I have to do AP U.S. History vocab crap (and i have a test for it tomorrow) ;o;. Problems from "The Art of Styling Sentences" for AP English. And a essay (and a packet), and a home test (which im too lazy to do!). And everything is due tomorrow, it sucks. Im tired, i can't sleep at all, and im going to eat tomorrow with my friends, damn ;o;.

are you serious?? i am 9 chapters behind... at least you are only 2-3 chapters away.
i know i will fail the ap test if i rely solely on the class and what the teacher is teaching.

I'm lurrvin Calculus BC/AP so far because it's only review of AB material and I totally get it the second time around <33

I don't know of any books...but I can ask the other AP Art Hist. teacher what book to use. She actually told me that my teacher's going way too fast and isn't paying attention to the important parts of the test (like for Islam, we skimmed over it. The other teacher said that there was a lot of Islamic art on the test last year). I think you'll be better off then me on the AP test.

you have more than one art history teacher ?? so many ppl take that class?? we have only one teacher because the class is so small and theres only one class (my class) and we have 10 people...

^ Yeah, we have two Art History teachers, but that's because they teach EVERYTHING involved with art. The first art teacher teaches Art 1, Drawing 1, Drawing 2, Drawing Portfolio, Studio Art, and Art History. The second teacher, my teacher, teaches only Art History, Painting, and Art 1.

My class has around 15 students in it but we have a lot of seniors (602 of them) and they either divide themselves into Art 1 or Art History for the fine arts credit. You do have those who go off and do other arts, though, but we do have a lot of students. The first art teacher told me that she teacher 185 students in all.
