A lot of stores in America are.
Sometimes, when I go into Forever 21 or look at my delias & UO catalogs I go O_______O because they have nearly the exact same things as the Korean clothes I see online.
Forever 21 has a lot of this stuff.
I guess most 'fobby' stuff here would probably be the baby dolls, tunics, and dressy shirts
But yeah, America does have a lot of fobby clothes now, it really is just how you put it together.

well, its a mix of that and influence by European fashion, which is where most of these styles are coming from
