Depending on the type of boutiques, but those ard Tsim Sha Tsui are like cheap to average prices...
Most of the time the clothes are like 69 to 100 HKD, which i consider reasonably cheap~
I found most of the fobby clothes in Tsim Sha Tsui and Mongkok area...
There is a particular building in Mongkok called Neway, there are plentiful of boutiques inside which sells lots of cheap fobby clothings.. and some of them are from Japan~

i love shopping in mongkok, i used to shop there every saturday when i was in hk for my internship

i LOVEE korean style clothing but alot of times i dont buy them because they are so expensive
i went to koreantown la clothing stores and wow their prices are .... sweatingbullets.gif
so i prefer to go to american stores just cuz they have better prices

i saw one exact like it but it was a while back, i think that hat
you can find it anywhere, i just don't know where at this moment, forever 21 did sell those though
