does long socks (the ones that krn & japanese people wear that go up to their thigh) match with heels that are like sandals (open toe too)? because i always see people wearing thigh socks with boots and closed heels / pumps.. i want to know if it works for open toe SANDAL type of heels too?

Hmm...just stick to boots or pumps/closed heels..It'll look tacky if paired with sandals but this is just my personal preference ^^

I have seen people wear socks with open toe shoes, but I agree with nadeiya...I think socks in open toe shoes is a nono... But that is what I think...

There's a whole mall here that's called 168 mall and they sell clothes that are imported from china and korea itself.
I have those leggings with the hook at the bottom and a wardrobe full of very comfortable skinny jeans.
I also have those baby doll tops or whatever you call them, and they're all so cheap.
And not to forget the shoes.
I'll post pictures if I have time, maybe tomorrow.
NOTE: they're not exactly cheap for me since I'm a college student, but if you're from the states or somewhere else, 100 dollars will take you a long long way.
So for all those Filipinos planning to spend Christmas here, make sure you ask your relatives to take you to 168.

those outfits are really cute~
Glad you found the pictures cute ^^ I found some of the pics online, like your typical search engine type of thing, others I found on Korean sites so like Zipia for example or japanese sites ^___^ You can actually find a lot in surveys people are doing too~ Here are some of the sites:

If it's an open toe sandal, I think it will be a bit out of place but it really depends on your sandal style/design. I usually associate those long socks with fall/winter/early spring seasons so a peep toe heel, heels or boots (flat or with heels) matches better with it because sandal screams summer to me =P And we don't really see people wearing stockings with sandals because that defeats the purpose of sandals right? =P I hope that helps =P

Anyway, I LOOOVE fobby clothes! I always feel so unfashionable when I see my Americanized wardrobe. Whenever I wear my fobby clothing though, my non-Asian friends are always like, "YOU LOOK SO ASIAN!"

Pmall is overpriced. i remember wanting to buy this little beret there and they cost 35$, because it's imported from asia. I went to H&M, found a pretty similar beret for 7.95$ so yeahh lol. too bad i alreayd bought another hat.
I've seen thigh high/knee high socks paired with open-toe high heels. the heels were wedge too. it look really good on the mannequin but i don't know if just anyone can pull such a look off. it was paired with a short dress and a sweater or jacket(i don't really remember, sorry >.<).

And since it is getting old, anyone know where I can get similar ones in stores in America.
My parents don't really like spending money onlineee, so yeah. :(

But I think it's kind of hard to pull off with girls.
I don't really get why everyone is talking about buying online.
Coz I mean, It's a style. It's not a clothes.
So it doesn't matter where you buy it, as long as you can pull it off, then it's good
Got to agree that online sites already have them in one combination, so you don't have to think lol.
But then again, if you don't wanna buy online, then you can simply combine your clothes into fob style lol.
