its not just about the clothes, but also the whole look (hair, makeup, facial features details, etc)~ many people think that they need to go to asia or somewhere for these looks/shop for it at asian stores but one can put together outfits like these here in the U.S. or Europe (idk about Latin America or Africa).......

these is a girl i know who buys everything from asian online stores yet when i go to the mall i can find similar things...i think it is just simply because the models wearing the clothese are asian, making us (asians) feel more attached to the clothes.

This might be true, but I've noticed that many clothes who looked similar to the asian styles just did not fit the same, because they weren't made for skinny people. In Europe, that is. :3

I find lot's of fobby clothes here in Europe. It is not hard to find the clothes, it's just hard to put an outfit together and have a body that goes with the outfit.

But then again it depends on what you consider is fobby. You cannot exactly say that all the outfits posted here are similar. The only thing they have in common is that it's Asian people who wears the clothes.
