I just found some clips about him on youtube.. and he's awesome!!! so I decided to make a thread for him.. I love his voice!!! didn't expect such a great voice would come from such a cute face.. lol.. he plays guitar.. and he composes the songs himself..

A little bit info about him:

David Choi is an old songwriter/producer/singer/remixer from the Los Angeles area. He hails from a musical family and has spent his formative years honing his craft.

In 2004, he was the GRAND PRIZE WINNER for USA Weekend Magazine's JOHN LENNON SONGWRITING CONTEST FOR TEENS. He appeared in USA Weekend Magazine with Usher.

Following that, he became the GRAND PRIZE WINNER for DAVID BOWIE'S MASH UP CONTEST which was a mashup of both "Shake it" and "She'll Drive a Big Car", which he titled "Big Shaken Car". David won a little money.

After getting accepted into ASCAP's Lester Sill Workshop run by Brendan Okrent, Judy Stakee and Keith Emrick, it has led him to sign with Judy Stakee at Warner Chappell Publishing as a staff songwriter/producer as of April, 2006.

David is currently working with various artists and writers.

Did I mention that I love him? He's my new obsession: so talented, so funny, and so effing CUTE! *squeals* Stupid school girl crush. He gave some free DLs on his myspace yesterday and now I listen to his songs on the ipod all the time around campus, and I walk around with a stupid grin on my face. Ohmyeffing, I adore him.

why would he go to korea to make it big when he can make it big in the US x:
i think it's much more meaningful for him to stay here int he US and make it as a korean american, rather than going to korea and making it ... as another korean.

To Kuya...he recently gave out free mp3 DLs on his myspace the other day. He might do it again some other time, so friend him on myspace. He's the only reason why I joined myspace. I frikkin hate that thing.

To jeanie...he doesn't want to be a singer... he just wants to write songs. But I would love love love if if he'd release a record.

he has an amazing voice!! i heard his youtube song and subscribed to him immediatly. its soo true. only the chorus part though. thats how my life is. i'm addicted to youtube!!
