well make sure you have daum account first, i am stuck joining also: i dont know what to do, i know you need to fil out the forms but im lost beyond that point

assuming you have a daum account/an e-mail account @ hanmail, many of the daum cafes require you to "level up" or "등업" before you can use the features of a particular cafe. you are a guest, or a 손님, if you don't level up.

there should be a section called 등업신청, and you simply post, asking for a 등업, and the admins/mods level you up in the order in which it was requested. some cafes, however, only allow you to request/post at a specific time and day of the week (the level up section is otherwise closed), so you'd have to read the FAQ section.

and that page (attached picture) is for joining the cafe, and is asking you to consent to the user agreement by checking off the little box on top, write your nickname/handle/sn in the middle box and the sum of 52 and 30 on the bottom box.

i get my korean mp3s from a daum cafe and had the same problems at first... ^.^

if you need more help, let me know which cafe you're talking about and i'll look into it for you.
