there is a program.. called dreamweaver by Adobe Systems..
This program allows you to "build" your website and then it codes it for you, and you then just copy and paste that code onto your website. It was a bit confusing to use for me... but I tried it five years ago so.. i dont really know how the program has changed since.
If you want to learn HTML ... (like the person above me)
www.funky-chickens.com and
www.lissaexplains.com
are GREAT sites! You do somewhat "learn" but you're basically copying and pasting onto your site.. it's nothing like they teach you how to WRITE html. Those sites teach you basic HTML, and what to change to make it how you want.. haha i don't know if that made any sense.
Then there are those sites that have already made layouts?
www.daydreamgraphics.com
ehh that's the only one I can think of on the top of my head. It's where they have premade layouts and you just have to copy and paste the code onto your website.
:] I hope that helped. PM me if you have any questions!

a lot of free sites...like i think geocities? has their own online editor... or you can use dreamweaver suggested by the guy above or ms expressions (formerly frontpage) wysiwyg-type editors.

i used to use frontpage 2003 to make my website back then....but now that im taking a internet course (html, css, pyth, xml), im a bit familiar with all the cooler stuff. if you dont want to learn html, try dreamweaver or expressions-web as i suggested..that would be the easiest way to make a website.

Its kinnda hard building a web site. Im currently in a web design class in school, and its kindda hard ot do it on your own. What I do is design my layout in Photoshop, and save all the components such as the banner, menu and any thing else i might need, as jpeg files. and then I bring in the files into Macromedia's dream weaver and build my site in there. At first its hard, but evuntally you get into the hang of things. Well good luck with bulding your site.
You could try and go to good-tutorials.com they have tutorials on web-designing. Its a pretty good site.
