hey just for some of you that are DRINKING green tea. Green Tea IS very Beneficial BUTTTT
if you also want the benefits from the ANTIOXIDANTS you MUST drink it soon after you Steep the Tea Leaves/Tea Bags.
My friend and I did a project on green tea and did research.

SO therefore, all those cold bottled green teas we have ALL been drinking, has already lost most to all of the benefits.
FRESH is best.

Cool thread! I have always preferred natural skin care and it is great to know that so many Korean celebrities are supporters of natural skin care too. Here's my take:

Honey Toner

Peel and deseed an apple. Mash the apple as finely as you can. Mix the mashed apple with 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this paste mixture on your face for about 15 minutes. Then rinse off with cold water.

Honey Cleanser

Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 2 tablespoons of finely grounded almonds. Add in about 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Rub the mixture onto the face and rinse off with warm water.

Honey Mask

Mix 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon glycerin and 1 tablespoon of honey and add flour to all these ingredients. Spread the paste all over the mask, including the neck. Leave the paste on for about 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water.

I have some more recipes so if there's time, you can drop by! smile.gif

sorry if this is irrelevant but my sister has super sensitive skin, so her dermatologist recommended cetaphil telling her it is not soap based so it won't damage the skin. but then another dermatologist told her that it was a lie and that most dermatologists argue about this and that cetaphil IS actually a soap and can do the same damage. i don't know, just thought i would point that out if anyone has sensitive skin. cuz u have been lied to tongue.gif i been using cetaphil but i don't like it at all. im sure it does clean but i don't feel clean, i feel like i haven't washed my body or face. it coats ur skin, i guess cuz its suppose to be "sensitive on skin" O_O im just not a big fan.

but yeah hahaha thank you for the post! im going to try those facials :]

Hmm...i guess it helps to read the chemical labels on the skin care product? Woth checking out some of the common triggers of allergies and irritations. Ingredient labels on cosmetic skin care products, to me say a lot..what trigger allergies in an individual might not do so in another..smile.gif

ohh this is cool!! hahah but just a question..
when doing the milk mask ..u put the paste
ONTOP of the facial paper? soo technically
the paste is not touching your face? @@;; or
u dont really need the facial paper and can
just apply the paste directly onto your face?

— What can I tell you? No matter what we do, life is just like that.
