if you also want the benefits from the ANTIOXIDANTS you MUST drink it soon after you Steep the Tea Leaves/Tea Bags.
My friend and I did a project on green tea and did research.
SO therefore, all those cold bottled green teas we have ALL been drinking, has already lost most to all of the benefits.
FRESH is best.

Honey Toner
Peel and deseed an apple. Mash the apple as finely as you can. Mix the mashed apple with 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply this paste mixture on your face for about 15 minutes. Then rinse off with cold water.
Honey Cleanser
Mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 2 tablespoons of finely grounded almonds. Add in about 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Rub the mixture onto the face and rinse off with warm water.
Honey Mask
Mix 1 egg white, 1 tablespoon glycerin and 1 tablespoon of honey and add flour to all these ingredients. Spread the paste all over the mask, including the neck. Leave the paste on for about 10 minutes. Wash off with warm water.
I have some more recipes so if there's time, you can drop by!

Hmm...i guess it helps to read the chemical labels on the skin care product? Woth checking out some of the common triggers of allergies and irritations. Ingredient labels on cosmetic skin care products, to me say a lot..what trigger allergies in an individual might not do so in another..

ONTOP of the facial paper? soo technically
the paste is not touching your face? @@;; or
