Yesasia Sales Are Relected In Korean Music Charts

I'm Stefan, and I work for Yesasia. Apparently there was some confusion on this board before about sales of Korean CDs counting towards the charts in Korea.
We can assure you that all sales of Korean CDs DO count for sales in Korea domestic market.
All YA Korean music CDs are purchased from legitimate distributors in Korea, and YA sales are reflected to sales chart of the Music Industry Association of Korea.
thanks
Stefan

Yeah.
I think one of the Brian fans emailed YesAsia and they got a reply back saying it didn't count for the # of album sales, but they still got money for it.

here's the post:
Thank you for your purchasing at YesAsia.com!
With reference to your email dated 2 Dec, 2006, we want to kindly inform you that all the item sells in YesAsia.com would not count in any chart from worldwide, since YesAsia.com is doing the international retail service.
im also wondering if it has always been counted..

I don't understand why some are resistance to Annyoung. They do buy directly from Korea and sales do count. The prices are a bit higher but you get what you pay for.
