99% + delete? Expose your HD Platter to Air

No, air wont do the trick...
Hard drives actually have "DO NOT COVER THIS VENT" holes without air, the heads will be unable to float across the platter to properly read data.
You can't swing a big magnet around it either, at the end of the drive is two neodymium magnets... frikkin good magnets doesnt do any damage.
Off the top of my head can't think of any brute force file deleters, there are the drive formatters but you just want a files GONE.
Just delete and defragment. Chances are the file wont survive.
