i've heard of microwaving it for 25-30 seconds and then squeezing..but what else?

hold the lemon with its nubby thingy facing down then squeeze so then the seeds won't drop into your food. haha i can't explain.

it loosens up the juice and gets it flowing. its easier to squeeze and you get more juice out of it.
yeah i roll it on the counter a couple times and use a juicer thing that has the ridges and a filter so i dont get pulp or seeds. it makes a big diff b/t rolling it and not rolling it
