I only had a gamecube for last generation consoles, but I'm thinking of getting a PS2. Can the PS3 play PS2 games? If it can, then, is it better to just get a PS3 or the PS2?
Right now, the PS3 is too expensive and there are no games that interest me right now, but there are lots of PS2 games that do.
So, should I get the PS2 now or wait for the PS3 to get cheaper?
Plus, how long does it take for the price of a new gen. console to go down at least a $150?
