I get the required 8hrs + of sleep needed, but for some reason, I always feel sooo lazy/tired, and it takes me a while, maybe around 20-30 minutes before I'm bothered to even get out of bed lol.. even if my mum tickles my feet to try and get me out.
Sometimes I get so lazy I don't even want to go to school lol!
Any advice or anything you guys can offer?
