This may probably sound a bit stereotyping to you…

But when someone finds out you’re a “Vietnamese girl”,
they automatically think and say ‘man, viet girls are crazy! Are YOU crazy!?”

Honestly, I’ve been stereotyped as ‘crazy’ when I mention that I am viet..
I don’t understand why they would say that..

I’m kinda surprised at the number of responses I get and having this reputation
that Viet girls are like this… and I’m wondering WHY!?
What experiences have you guys had that would make you think like this.. honestly!?

I know viet girls are a little bit aggressive on the side by nature..
But are we THAT aggressive that we’ve made such a reputation???
Even to other Asians, we are aggressive and abusive.. WHY!?
I’m certainly not that type and that’s why it shocks me when I hear this and
I’m just wondering why?..

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHYYYYY?!
AND WHAT ARE YOUR EXPERIENCES LIKE??

Hm, when they say 'crazy' they could mean 'wild'... 'cause when I leak the fact that I'm V i e t, they're all 'ohh, viet girls love to party' and that's like seriously me. Nobody's ever asked me if I'M CRAZY...

Not all viet girls are aggressive and crazy... thuogh maybe she might be thinking about how a lot of vietnamese girls are "gangsters" or "ghetto". Well I don't know about the majority but most of the vietnamese girls I know are ghetto gangster or something like that, and they tend to be really really bitchy and start crap over nothing. But other vietnamese girls I know are really nice so I guess it depends who

Not to say every viet gurl is tat way which Iam sure everyone has
there own personality but i guess you can say most viet gurls
are pretty aggresive. Most of the viet gurls i've met are Lets jux say...
They know wat they want ehheheehh... and they make sure its tat way.

well my daughter is half vietnamese and she screams/hits/etc....has an evil look and if she dont get what she wants all hell breaks loose.... tears.gif
Then a second later she's lookin at you wit those big cute eyes...awww smile.gif


But maybe that's only cuz she's 2 years old..... mellow.gif

Viet girls do party hard.

I don't believe i've ever heard that viet girls are ccrazy in a way of being agressive before.

well, im not sure cuz i havent really dealt with vietnamese... but, vietnamese girls?? crazy? maybe... if they like to party hard, agressive, etc, then i understand why ppl call them crazy. if you're not, then you're not. these are just stereotypes

I know a few Viet girls like that, but not alot. all girls are aggressive and crazy so I don't think much of it.

Vietnemese girls are awesome!!! some of my friends who are vietnemese girls are the funnest people to hang out with, and at parties eheheheeheheh. yes they are aggressive if you get on their bad side.

but mostly all azn girls are agressive and crazy.

I have some viet friends and geeezbus those girls get pissed off and start drama at the smallest thing.

About aggressive, they do fight each other =o

I'm Vietnamese and I can be very "aggressive" and "crazy". But that's because I don't take crap from people - it has nothing to do with me being Vietnamese.
