Apparently I checked AladdinUs and Volume 4 is to be release on the 20th of this month. I preordered mine yesterday! Here's the link to check it out. Hanbooks is selling it as well (but they're ridiculously expensive). Can't wait for my copy!

I'm a little depress >o< my friend just sent this manhaw(??) to me today to read because it's summer and I have nothing to do today...So I read the english scanslation of this. Of course, reading up to chapter 11 any one would want more.Then she (the friend of mine lol) tell me that it's licensed and I have to wait I don't know how long until volume 2 is going to be out x.x Volume 1 is going to be release this Oct. What I'd like to know is, what is GOING ON?!?! I've read a very rough summary of volume 3 but it left SO many unanswered questions and "OMG, who's that?!?" and wonderful nosebleeding moments of jealousy and angst between Soah and Mooee... who would have thought that Mooee was the crazy!jealous possessive type eh? Hehe.

Buuuuuuuuuuut, in volume 4, take ALL of the above and multiply the intensity by hmm, say, a THOUSAND! LOL. I'm *out* of blood from nosebleeding unconscious!@_____@ But sadly, there isn't a translation or summary of volume 4 so I'm DYING to know what's happening. Which brings me to my next question...

...Can anyone summarize what's going on in volume 4? Anyone...?.... TT____TT

But for Renleek:
Soh Ah decides to just accept the proposal made by that older brother like person (srry don't remember the name) and as HaBaek/Mui comes to earth to see Soh Ah once in a while, he begans to get mad/jealous. He almost gives up until the day before Soh Ah's marriage, he comes and takes her back to the water place. But what's really confusing is the guy with the weird glasses (srry don't know his name too ) makes HaBaek fall into a deep sleep and dream about his first love, Nak Bin. HaBaek dies (??) but for some reason he comes back to life (??) and he comes to get Soh Ah.

Mui makes it clear that Soh Ah isn't just a replacement for Nak Bin but Soh Ah still doesn't know HaBaek and Mui are the same person. She feels guilty that she's falling for Mui since she's HaBaek's wife. The guy with the glasses then creates trouble for Soh Ah as he tells her Mui thinks of her as Nak Bin. She gets confused because she doesn't know what to think or trust anymore, but that's when she meets Who Ae. She's comforted by him, but Mui sees this and gets jealous.

And then...I think there's a bed scene between Soh Ah and Mui..>.<

The ending is confusing as well. The woman who keeps on dressing like Nak Bin (argh.. I don't know her name too!) comes to Who Ae who's alone... and says, "let's leave the two alone...they can never be happy...let them be happy momentarily... What would happen if Mui found out Nak Bin is really alive?"

Okay, sorry about that but seriously, I was quite literally going *insane* trying to find out what was going on in volume 4!! I went to about 5 different forums so someone could provide a rough summary or shed some light into what was going on!! Even the summary I got for volume 3 was rough and people kept on giving like a dozen different versions as *they* were also confused! Haha! This is like the only shoujo series (besides Goong and Vampire Knight) that I follow so seriously. But as of right now, it's definitely the series I'm going ga-ga over the most!

@Sweetsmile: Don't you think Mooee going CRAZY jealous to be AMAZINGLY HOT???! I'm glad!! But yeah, I agree that it's confusing as hell!! Even when I reread the scanlations I still wonder what's going on! Do you remember the last page of volume 3, when there was a HOT!guy who looked just like Mooee but had a completely different tattoo on his chest? I'm itching to know who that guy is!!!! Any clues?

And, I thought Hoo-Ye (the commander guy who seems to have a thing for Soah) and NakBin had an affair or something? Was Hoo-Ye trying to kiss Soah?!? I don't believe he actually likes her... I think he's remembering someone else in her, i.e. Nakbin! And also, I thought the woman who looked like NakBin *was* Nakbin!! Haha, that's a MAJOR shocker!! I wonder who she was? A friend of Mooe and Nakbin? Nakbin's sister?

And also, NakBin is still alive, huh? Another shocker! And yeah I was wondering who the big brother dude was... at first, I thought it was a childhood friend or something! So he was PROPOSING eh? Whoa... and she actually agreed? No wonder Mooee was crazy jealous... And do you know how Mooee found out that Soah was getting married again? Did someone tell him? Was it the glasses dude? Wow... yet *another* major shocker again (this volume's just full of shocks isn't it? hehe) So *that* was why Mooee was going crazy with jealousy!!

Also, I truly wonder *why* Hoo-Ye was trying to kiss Soah at the end of volume 4 (when Mooee stops him)? Because I'm almost sure Hoo-Ye had an affair with Nakbin or had something to do with Nakbin but then again, that's just my hypothesis. What I gathered of volume 4 was that Nakbin tried to murder Habaek/Mooee in his child form and was killed by Hoo-Ye who was in love with Nakbin... that's what I thought.

And....

THERE WAS A BED SCENE BETWEEN SOAH AND MOOEE?!? Does that mean they did it?? Really?? I don't remember that... or maybe it's because I lost so much blood at that time that I can't remember! LOL. I thought the bed scene was a "past memory" of Nakbin and Mooee. No? Did I miss something then?

And yeah, what's up with the Tae El Jin (the glasses dude... I think that's his name...)!! What is he trying to play at by showing Mooee his past with Nakbin?? Is he trying to test Mooee's faithfulness? Or rather, is he trying to instill doubt and confusion into Soah's mind to test her to see if she's loyal to Habaek? Or better yet, is he trying to trick everyone and betray them??

Damn... SO many questions and not enough answers....

The lady that looks like NakBin really confuses me... maybe it's because I didn't read carefully or something but she just kinda appeared and was trying to seduce(?) Mui at one point.

Wait... so you only read the summary of vol.3? You know that HaBaek/Mui was the one who sent Soh Ah back to her village right? Soh Ah wakes up to realize she has come back after the night she had a kiss with Mui. She loses her memory so she doesn't remember anyone from the water place, but Mui comes to her village secretly... and sees her getting close to that older brother (yes childhood friend, i think).

Because Soh Ah has come back, people realize the rain they needed stopped also. They think Soh Ah should be given as a sacrifice so they try to kill her, but at that moment, Mui brings the rain. He appears in front of Soh Ah but disappears b/c the older brother kinda snatches her to hug her.

When the older brother proposes to her eventually, she first says no.

And here's the part I seriously hated... her dad has sold her off again because of their family's lack of money. Mui saves her from the buyers, and she somewhat remembers him... but this is when she says she'll marry the older brother (who has come trying to save her.)

So in vol.4... (MORE DETAILS lol)
Mui can see what's going on in the village, so that's how he knew Soh Ah was going to marry.

And your question about that image...
Soh Ah and her mother was having a conversation about a long ago korean legend/story about two lovers who could only meet once an year due to some circumstances... And basically that "once in an year" day was that day. So no, it's not Mui and Soh Ah, they're the lovers. This story is mentioned because it's this day Soh Ah meets Mui for the first time in the village and talks to him face to face.

There was some bet that went on in the water place... if Soh Ah could remember Mui/HaBaek's name, then he can take her back to the water place. The very first thing Soh Ah says when she sees him is "HaBaek" but then she apologizes saying she has mistaken him for the wrong person (which basically means she DIDN'T remember...)

They have a conversation and he goes "I'm looking for my wife..." But since Soh Ah doesn't remember, she goes "good luck finding her..." And Soh Ah's little sister pops up and says "My sister is going to marry soon too!!" And Mui says, "This time, be a more happy bride...."

And this is the part when Soh Ah is getting ready to marry but Mui comes to take her. She finally remembers after she arrives to the water place.

Like I said, it was very rough because the people couldn't read it very well so they just tried to make sense out of what they did understand and put the pieces of the puzzle together but other people kept saying that they had a different interpretation so you see, I myself was confused about their debate over what version was more accurate! Heh...*sighs*

I completely hear ya! Reading this series has got me low of blood reserves! Haha! Yessssssss... the shirtless pics are TREASURES among treasures I say!! In one of the black & white spreads, remember when Soah's like lying down in her intricate robes and jewellery (as she mostly is in the spreads) and Mooee open-shirted looks like his hips are jutting outward toward Soah like he wanted to do something kinky...? I was SO laughing perverted while simultaneaously losing blood! XDXD

Isn't it?!?! Everyone's stumped on who he might be! And why does he ALSO have to be hot?!! Heh... I mean, the Hotness just doesn't let up in this series! Grrr (laughs)

But you remember when in the very beginning, a seer or something says that Soah will fall in love with 2 men (or something like that)? At first I was sure it was going to be Hoo-Ye and Mooee, but then I thought maybe it's chibi!Habaek and Big (HOT) Habaek but that last one I'm not sure anymore. You see, it wouldn't be a surprise for Soah to fall on each of Habaek's dual personalities (young and older) but she seems to love and cherish chibi!Habaek as a child and not lover (if we forget the shotacon factor for a moment XP). And as for Hoo-Ye, it seems like he's more of a plausible candidate for her affections as he shamelessly comes onto to her and gives her the wrong impression (I think he's hot but I hate shoujo-men who come onto a girl when they're clearly in love with another and see the girl as a replacement or somesuch). And Soah certainly seems fond of him as she's ALWAYS keeping that "proposal" comb next to her somehow and even though I can't read Korean, there's always the picture of the comb and Hoo-Ye every few pages so yeah, Soah seems to have taken Hoo-Ye's bait. But still, I feel Hoo-Ye is tricking her and therefore not faithful in his approach to conquer Soah (I believe he's doing more deceiving than anything else but that's just meO___O).

Which is why I thought perhaps the hot dude in the last pannel could be a possible candidate for one of the two men that the seer mentioned. The way I see it, if Soah should fall for someone else besides Habaek, it should at least be someone worthy of her affections (the unknown hot dude) as opposed to someone who's heart clearly belongs to another (Hoo-Ye). Though I still want Soah to think only of Mooee and viceversa, a little angst is always hot... but the more the better... eheheheh. Well... when it's well done. And not redundant.


And damn Hoo-Ye for trying to kiss her when she's all confused! Hoo-Ye is one HOT character but he's so hurting Soah with his own unsettled emotions! If he wants Soah he shouldn't want her as an excuse for another. I always found strange how he shamelessly came onto her like REALLY early on in the series without any indication that he might be truly attracted to her. It was like, "Hmm so that's the new Bride... doesn't look like the other one at all. *struts to Soah* If you need anything, and I mean anything at all, I'll do everything in my power for you... even helping you escape... oh and I'll give you a comb that signifies a marriage proposal but you don't need to know that! *smiles sedictively*" ....Like... HUH?!? Where the hell that all that come from, ya know?!

There wasn't even a, "I think I'm falling for her..." to justify his actions. They literally came out of nowhere! Maybe that's why I'm angry at him and his character. Although I adore the series, I think Hoo-Ye was least described in the series when he should be one of the most important characters (besides the main ones). Which is why it leads me to the hypothesis that either his intentions aren't clean or his heart is elsewhere and we'll only find out in the future but that's why I've always been positive that he and NakBin had a torrid affair that questioned his loyalty to Habaek versus his love for Nakbin (his own master's wife). If it were me, you DON'T wanna mess with the wife of a GOD, let alone the one you're serving..!!

But then again, if Hoo-Ye indeed ends up being in love with Soah for real, I think I'll be even more angry because of the fact that there were no causes to justify his actions. At least if he thinks to himself that somewhere along the line, he fell for her charm or even that he had met her in the past somehow, then it's ALL good and I take everything back. If not... GRRrr!

Ohh so perhaps would you also agree that Hoo-Ye doesn't really like Soah but sees someone else in her (NakBin)? I'm curious to know of your thoughts as you've read both volume 3 and 4 in their entirety. The whole affair thing is only a result of my own ideas running wild but I'd be very interested in hearing yours. It spawned from the fact that a few people, including me, thought it to be weird that Hoo-Ye was so sudden and unclear on his intentions with Soah which is why I always thought that Hoo-Ye wasn't really looking at Soah. But if you believe that Hoo-Ye does like her, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

In a way, that's what's fun about this series because it gives way to many different possible scenarios. It leaves a lot to the imagination.

See, that was something no one mentioned! Forgetting her memories!! Now it makes sense why Soah would just agree to marry some other dude without too much protest! Thank you! That cleared up things a great deal! What I gathered from people of volume 3 was that Mooee and Soah had met in the past when she was just a freckled pigtailed little girl and Habaek liked to listen to her playing the ehru (that's what someone called that stringed instrument Soah lugged around with her) and that she was sent back to her own world and that there was a man who wanted to marry her... Not very detailed is it?

Just a question though, did the childhood friend dude know who Mooee was when he was being protective of Soah (when he was hugging her) or thought he was some sort of contender for Soah's heart and reacted out of jealousy? Maybe he just thought Mooee was going to hurt her? But, dare I say that he was ALSO hot... damn, the author is so merciless to fangirls creating all these hot people... *snicker*

(What a looong question!) It was right before Soah ends up back at own world. Well do you perhaps know why Mooee was acting like that? Was it because he saw the comb on her round table that Hoo-Ye gave her and hence was fueled by jealousy? I think Mooee was previously talking to the woman who looks like NakBin (whoever she is) before that scene. I wonder what she told him... Anyway, I thought Mooee was acting like that out of mad jealousy because of the the comb and reacted instinctively to claim Soah as his. Was it Mooee's intention to take Soah by force? Was she crying because of that or because Mooee mentioned something about returning her to her world? Gahhh so confused!!

Again, forgive me for asking so many questions. It must get on your nerves... I only wish I knew how to read Korean so I could spare you the trouble *cries*

*is confused again* I know that Mooee comes see her before the marriage like twice. Once when the little sister pops up and another right before Mooee takes her back. So the, "I'm looking for my wife..." is the first time? No? Because I was wondering on the second time that Mooee comes to Soah's balcony before the wedding what Mooee said the moment Soah saw him. Was it, "I'm here to take you back"? Coz after that she pushes Mooee away for some reason while he holds her and then as she walks away, Mooee turns around and kisses her from the back... *dies* Was Mooee determined to take her back the moment he landed on her balcony whether or not she remembered him?

And you mentioned that there was a bet involved about Mooee taking Soah back if she remembered Mooee/Habaek's name but that she said "Habaek" but couldn't really remember him, might that mean that when Mooee takes her back that she remembers who he is or he just took her back because he didn't want anyone else to have her?


Basically Mooee was being a possessive husband and going mad with wonderful angsty jealous...!! WeeeEEEeee!! I love you Mooeeeee my GOD!! Heheh. Don't mind me... I get my moments...

And Godddddd I can't wait for the scanlations! I think there were also some new images from the most recent chapters after volume 4 in the WINK magazine if I'm not mistaken. I lost the link but I used to always check for new images of Goong, H20, The Summit and of course TBotWG.

You must really like this style of drawing? Have you heard of “You’re So Cool”, by Lee Young Hee? (lol the thread is here in soompi.) The guys in that manhwa are really good looking too, but I don’t know if you would like that style of manhwa.

Yea, that seer who said Soh Ah will fall in love w/ 2 men... I'm thinking it'll be Who Ae... but it might really be Chibi! lol. But Soh Ah really seems to love Mui and she only sees HaBaek as a child. She feels guilty when she realizes she wants Mui, since HaBaek IS her husband.

I also want someone who will really love her (not as a replacement) as a candidate. That older brother really loves her, but I doubt it'll be someone from earth. LOL YES! It just might be that mysterious guy we don't know yet.... At first, I thought it was Mui... but maybe he's like a long lost brother lol... sorry for being farfetched..well, I mean this manhwa is full of surprises, like you say.

At first, I thought Who Ae was nice... in the beginning, he comforted Soh Ah when she was having a hard time with Mui. But at the end of vol.4, it seems like the lady that looks like Nak Bin is working with Who Ae trying to make Mui suffer. Her words at the end of vol.4: (To Who Ae) "You don't need to be so lonely; you know also. The two (who's in bed at this moment LOL!) can never be happy together. Let's let them be happy momentarily, and save the fun for last (Trying to kiss Who Ae at this moment). I can't wait to find out what kind of expression Mui will have when he finds out Nak Bin is alive."

I thought your hypothesis was right because I think I mentioned about that REALLY confusing part in vol.4. That part when the glasses guy makes HaBaek fall asleep and makes him dream about Nak Bin.... I said in my summary Mui was the one who got killed, but now that I look carefully, it seems like it was actually Nak Bin that was killed by Who Ae. So basically, the glasses guy was trying to make HaBaek/Mui dream about her. I knew Nak Bin was dead, but I didn't think she was killed by Who Ae until you mentioned it. I mean, Who Ae must have had some relationship with her.... which is the reason why he killed her when she was in bed with Mui.

I think there was a very important reason why the glasses guy made Ha Baek dream about Nak Bin, because right after that dream scene, that's when Mui comes to bring Soh Ah back. Maybe the glasses guy gave Ha Baek the dream on purpose to bring Soh Ah back or something so he can do something to her.

He says "I'm looking for my wife" the first time and then "I'm here to take you back" the second time. He comes to take her back because he doesn't want anyone else to have her

And ok... in volume 3 right before Soh Ah ends up back in her world...
When Soh Ah is taking a bath, questions are all over her head.... She's thinking about Nak Bin and how Mui loves only her, and the stuff her mom has said before Soh Ah left: "I'm sorry, my child. Instead of the REAL BRIDE going, can you go instead?" (<-- I'm sorry I forgot to mention that in my summary. I think it's a REAL IMPORTANT part. It seems Soh Ah was a replacement for another girl.) Soh Ah is crying, and in her mind, she is going: "SOMEBODY help me. It doesn't matter who. Just help me!!" This is when Mui comes, calling for Soh Ah. Soh Ah literally goes crazy when she sees him because she's taking a bath, but Mui says: "I came when you called me, geez..." Soh Ah says, "WHEN did I ever call you???" They have a short argument about hearing her call for him... but lol I think it was telepathy or something, because Mui heard her crying for help when everything was in her mind. (LOL so no, unfortunately, it wasn’t exactly jealousy that brought Mui there.)

Soh Ah asks Mui a question: "Why are you being so nice to me?" And he says "Well... what do you think?" Soh Ah is surprised because at this time, he's trying to kiss her. Soh Ah says, "Stop joking around! I'm serious!" Mui forces her to the bed but Soh Ah continues to scream "Stop!!" And Mui goes, "But isn't this what you wanted?" But he stops when he sees her crying. Mui knows Soh Ah is suffering, which is the reason why he sends her home.

And yea… that part about the freckled girl. That girl is not Soh Ah… her name is Yeon Hwa. And she asks the little boy for his name… and for some reason, he says Who Ae (VERY CONFUSED HERE… WHO IS THE GIRL ANYWAYS??? AND WHY IS WHO AE CHIBI LIKE HABAEK???? Which makes me think this is Ha Baek not trying to reveal his real name.) The girl gets accused of stealing something but no one believes her. She says to the chibi “Who Ae” that she DID steal it… but it turns out she was lying since NO ONE believes her anyways. Ha Baek turns big and at night, he suddenly comes to visit Yeon Hwa when she’s locked up. He says he’s a friend of “Who Ae,” and goes “I know you didn’t steal.” The girl is surprised… and is somewhat glad since he’s the only person that believes her. She makes him promise her that he’ll tell “Who Ae” that she really didn’t steal. I have no clue what this part has anything to do with the story… but oh well. Let’s wait and see.

When the older brother hugged Soh Ah, he had no clue who Mui was, but he was very suspicious. He was thinking, “Was that even human?” Because Mui’s clothes weren’t even wet in the rain. I think the older brother was being protective since he didn’t know who Mui was.
