U noe, i always look at all those freakin nice pics w strips, words and all sorta pretty stuff in them...i oso realised that gals like to put tat 'tear/cry' thingy in their pics.....n all those pretty frames n borders that go around a pic....juz anytin to make a pic look more artistic..........bubbles, stuff like that...........i know some r done using photoshop but i tink ther is another software that enables one to do that rite? any nice, easy one that i can download???

well, if u ever have a cyworld it does those things too with
the picture edit tool. u cant put "stickers" aka, the tear drop things
or simple borders. ^^
