My friend's uncle is a vocal teacher, and he can give me lessons for $20 an hour. I'm interested, but then my friend mentioned taking vocal classes at a community college which wont cost me anything at all since I'm in HS. But other people are saying not to, because I might get a bad teacher and mess up my vocals. I mean, you get what you pay for.. right?
What should I do?
or
Does anybody know if the vocal teachers at MT.SAC community college or Rio Hondo in Southern California any good?

do some research on teh community college cause sometimes it is true that the teachers arent good. but also check up on your friends uncle and see how good of a teacher he is too. i think you should try out both ya know. cause either way, both are going to only cost 20$ together lol

Well the college wont cost anything since it's connected high school students. And the lessons aren't just 20. It's 20 an hour, so it really does add up.
