Here recently everybody said drink water it's good for you right? Well I did and I've been gaining weight. Is it just water weight or what? I've been eating the same and still staying active but now I weigh more. I'm confused. Should I stop drinking a lot of water?
I want to apologize to all my readers. I had another soompier who wanted to write the rest of the story because I didn't have time but seeing that she didn't I'm going to begin writing again! If you are still interested in reading please support the fic once again! Thank you soompiers!

Even if you're gaining weight, you still need 8 glasses of water everyday.

Drinking water actually flushes out retained water so you won't bloat. ^^

Hmm, do you only weigh yourself every morning right after you wake up? Or do you weight yourself every now and then because your weight fluctuates throughout the day.

Water won't make you gain weight, remeber you're always lighter in the morning because you're not taking in any food/liquid during the period of your sleep, most people wake up dehydrated. We're usually about 1 or 2 lbs heavier at night than in the morning. but don't let that scare you.

Wow, you shouldn't weigh yourself THAT often, since your weight fluctuates.

I remembered reading an article that said people who frequently weighed themselves were more likely than others to resort to unhealthy dieting measures, and some ended up gaining close to twice as much weight.

It's from this thread: http://www.soompi.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=100500

Why is everyone focussing on weightnumbers. Focus on your body, are your pants tighter? etc. If yes than yeah you've gained weight, if not then there's nothing to worry about.

^ Yes, I 100% agree.

ALso, if you don't drink enough water, your body will naturally retain water so that will make you appear to gain weight, since ya know, you're so focused on your weight.

Weight isn't everything either ...

You have to measure BMI and take all the Fat-Muscle Content stuff into consideration ...

Really ... the scale is just an advertisement for diet companies ...
