what if one side is severly different from the other? what can you do to get rid of them? and what should i do to get rid of my right side?

if you never run/jogging, you better start doing it now, everyday, for at least an hour.

i do these exercises for my lovehandles: (they were in the ock ju hyun yoga tape ^^)
bring your arms straighttttt up and put them together and make like.. a gun with your 2 hands (lol)
then stretch down to the right for 30 seconds
back up and do the same with the left.
XD
