How To Grow ''wider'' ?

Well, wider in a sense.... Im 175+ growing..16yrs old.... 60.1kg

problem is, im rather skinny ..well to me anyway, what im looking for is something to do which might help me get bigger (Not in a muscular sense)

like im not looking for muscle but more like....evenly distributed fat =X

how tall are you?
It really depends on that factor to really see if you're as skinny as you think you are and if you'll go overweight.

Try eating lots and lots of junk food and being a couch potato. Or if you can't get a hold of lots of yummie sugary treats, eat lots of bread.

gain more muscle mass
you wont be body builder muscular if you don't weight training

eating fatty food will just go to your stomach most of them.

175cm...60.1kg...15 turning 16 , to clarify some of the information....

ya, eating fatty foods isnt a good way....so i spose i have to take the path of a body builder =\ high protein, swimming, stretches, weight training =\

I'm pretty skinny too for a guy. Hell, I'm pretty skinny for a girl too.
I'm 5'9 5'10ish and 102 pounds. Shoot, but a few months ago I was 96 pounds. So I gained something weight from protein and exercise biggrin.gif
but I'm having trouble finding jeans that fit the waist and are a good length. it's either too short but fits the waist, or fits length-wise but is wayy to big on the waist.
