Need Help On My Laptop. Omnipass & Norton Internet Security

i have recently recieved a laptop.
it is
FUJITSU - LifeBook A3120 notebook...


i have a omnipass.
it worked till about like 3 days ago when i started to get a
popup telling me that "it is not connected.." (?)
i didnt erase or do anything.
before today i use to like just press retry and it would work but
now its completely down.
and its pissing me off. TT-TT;;;
please help..
(im also planning to call the place where my dad bought this notebook at)

and also i need help on
the norton internet secruity
it came with the computer first
it says i need the serial code (?)
ionno where i can get the serial code.
since it came with the comptuer shouldnt they have given it to me
cuz thats what it says on the help place..

i did go through the user's guide


please help <3

Select Notebook, A Series, 3120

And download the fingerprint reader. It should fix whatever problem you are having.

As for norton internet security, do yourself a favor and uninstall that hunk of junk happy.gif Norton internet security, antivirus, and whatever else it comes with. Symantec = evil. smile.gif

This is a pretty new laptop isn't it?

Norton is supposed to help, like stop viruses and whatever but they only give you like 60days of updates and it eats system resources like no tomorrow. It made the whole computer crawl...

get kaspersky or Eset nod 32
