I want to get rid of my belly bulge, kangaroo pouch, whatever you'd like to call it. ^__^
I heard jogging/running helps, but not completely. I also heard kickboxing or karate or stuff like that really works that area.
I don't have the time or money to go to a karate place, but I could definitely do like, a kickboxing video or something at home.
Any recommendations?

I think Taebo is really good. It combine a lot of hitting, kicking, and stuff. You should try it. I was doing it yesterday and it was so crazy. hahaha I barely managed to keep up with the video. But I can feel the burn. It's so good.
