Adobe Flash Help I need to make a short website flash intro.

I have a project due this week in my class and I need to make a multimedia component for a website. The teacher barely taught us anything on how to use flash so I'm really stressed. Does anyone have any good tutorial sites? I'm basically moving objects across a stage background picture.
