If you want to look slimmer as fast as possible, I would suggest the Master Cleanse?
Exactly how much did you gain since you checked yourself as 100 pounds? If you're just trying to lose the 5 pounds you gained, two and a half weeks isn't too little of a time to accomplish that..you can do that just by adding more exercise and eating less and healthier. Good luck!

I heard excercising on an empty stomach is the WORST thing you can do when trying to lose weight.

i agree. i used to exercise first thing in the morning without eating anything b/c i thought empty stomach meant that fat was being burned but it actually works out better now that i work out at night. in the morning when you are hungry, theres not a lot of energy to work out and i always end up not working out as hard as i wanted to or cutting the time down. but at night i have had food all day long and a lot more energy and i canhave a really good work out. its much more effective than empty stomach work outs.

but since it sounds like you really want that weight off, less carbs would do and like someone said, do longer exercises and eat small meals. don't starve yourself though, because even if you do lose that weight, once you go back to eating regularly, your body will store a lot more fat than usual=more weight!

because you wake up in a fasted state and no food in your system, your insulin and glycogen levels are low. which means your body, realizing that there is no food in your system and no free energy available, will look to burn fat as it's primary energy source. it's not bad for you as long as you set up a good routine, and a lot of health magazines support pre-breakfast cardio as a more effective way of burning fat.
if you exercise after you eat, your insulin level will rise, telling your body not to burn fat. instead, with the glycogen you get from food, you are burning off what you ate, and not what your body stored. the end result is that you will not burn as much as as you would in the morning.
if you do it right, it will help out a lot. you have to support this with proper eating habits and some training to help you exercise through an empty stomach. some people try to find a middle ground, and take in just a little bit of protein to keep insulin levels low, but have the starting energy to exercise while the body starts to break down fat for more energy. this could be a good alternative solution if you simply cant exercise on an empty stomach.
a lot of people make the common mistake of exercising and waiting too long before their next meal. it's not good to starve yourself, and you should feed yourself within 2 hours of when you wake up. it's not exercise itself that causes stomach problems, but it's the diet you put yourself through by changing around your schedule. wake up earlier and eat earlier and you should be fine.

1) Just cut down ya crabs. AND NO SUGAR!
2) Dont eat after 6 PM. Beacuase at night it takes longer for ya body to digest the food.
3) Drink a water bottle before every meal. That will give you the feeling that your full.

I know what you're going through, I've switched schools leaving my friends behind often, and it would caused me stress, mostly with family, etc. at one point, i started not working out, doing drugs, eating more, etc. i stopped all that, and just started eating healthy, working out, and i noticed in a week, i felt better, and i liked the feeling that i felt, so i kept it up.

DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT GO ON THIS DIET.
Holy, the worst diet possible.
I won't get into it, but if doubted, I would be happy to explain to you why this diet is so horrible.
edit;
i few tips to help you out from my experience.
do eat "good carbs", such as whole grain/wheat. You'll neet the nutrition.
You don't have to cut down on sugar, just refrain from eating refined sugar. Stick to naturals, such as fruits.
Always add veggies to your food intake throughout the day.
Calories should be counted, but I say reading the nutritional facts of what you're eating counts the most.
Always drink 8 glasses of water, not too much, and not too less.
Too much of one thing is never good, everything needs to be balanced in a healthy way.
And do exercise. ;P
Also, cardio is best for burning, but if you want to build up your metabolism, do some weight lift to build it up. That way you'll burn more.
hope these help.. i just wrote down whatever came to mind.

Mom to be, who loves shopping!
