Okay, so who's going to Prom? And to make it general, who went to prom. And if you're not or didn't go - why not? And if you did go, how was your night?

I love the preparations haha - the dress, the hair, the nails etc. ... And then it all goes downhill from there. Haha, jk, maybe.
Our prom sounds sort of...blegh this year. =_=;; But oh well.
I have to be there anyway to set up since I'm on Committee.

i mean i really want to go, but once again i might be busy.
i couldnt go last year cus i went to MESA finals (it was on the same day) so i figured i could go this time around..
but we have an invisible children (find out more about them!!) program on the same day as prom.
and i really really would like to help out there
so.. i'm kind of torn between the two.
the thing is, i could probably go to prom and then go to the IC thing afterwards
but prom is so expensive (75 bucks! no dinner) to just go for a few hours
boooo..

Our prom is $220 per couple. dinner and four hour long thing at san francisco city hall. it's really beautiful and all but soooo expensive.
i went to prom last year and it was pretty fun. probably go again this year if i get a date again. if not, i'm not going.

I went soph year (invited by senior)
junior year (our prom is junior&senior prom) w/bf
I'm going this year too
Soph year wasn't that great, because I didn't kno any seniors, and it was kinda awkward...like very awkward. Anyway, yes I had a date or else I couldn't go soph year, lmao
Junior year, I went with my bf
Overall, be sure that you are very comfortable/close friends with your date and that you will be with your friends...that's the best way to have fun

I just imagine myself being a loner while a slow song or heck, even a fast song plays. It's just too awkward. But I know that I'll be one of the very few who don't go and that too is embarrassing.
