From what I've heard:

Kyo - parents, younger sister

Kaoru - parents, grandmother, younger sister

Die - parents, 1 younger brother, 2 younger sisters

Toshiya - parents, grandmother, 1 younger brother, 1 younger sister

Shinya - parents, grandmother, 2 dogs XD

Not sure if its correct though, we'll never know, especially when Kyo lies in interviews too
