Q: What nickname do you go by?
A: Jajini, because the previous manager was from Gyeongsang (a province in Korea), it's the friendly way of saying my name.

Q: If you were to choose a member from the group to go on trip with you?
A: It's gonna be difficult no matter who I chose, why can't I just go alone? (Jin ah.. I'm here~ :x)

Q: Which genre of music do you like?
A: I like Park Hyo Shin sunbae-nim's ** songs very much.

Q: You guys were #1 on search engines recently. How do you feel?
A: I'm not used to it yet, but it really makes us happy.

Q: Any special qualities that belong only to F.T Island?
A: We can come up with any ideas as long as it's music-related.

Q: Any particular reason why you wanted to become a gasoo?
A: I've been influenced quite a lot by my sister who's also a performer. (I never knew about this, don't ask me either :x)

Q: 2 years of training, wasn't it tiring?
A: It wasn't that hard, as people around me were very caring towards me.

Q: What do you think about the prejudices against idol groups?
A: It was already like that before we debuted, so now we've been thinking that we should have a greater sense of responsibility to manage.

A: Most have said that we cannot only do our own music, we have to maintain good sunbae-s & hobae-s relations with others.

Q: Who do you admire or wish to be more like?
A: YB Band, Lee Seung Chul sunbaenim.

Q: Aren't you guys going to have a concert with SG Wannabe and Seeya? Tell us how you feel.
A: At first we felt rather lost and confused, people around us also felt fortunate for us, and tell us to work hard for it.

A: Read some books, but mainly music-related ones.

A: I think that it has nothing to do with age. Even if we're perfect we still have to display an even better FT Island for everyone to see.

A: I listened to others talking about singing, later I joined an audition with a friend.

A: I once thought I would, but when I'm really up on stage I'll be relaxed.

A: Although it's a little sacrificial, but sometimes it's better to not talk. We've said it's not like that, now we can only prove to everyone with our actions. *laughs* We have to improve on self-management in the future.

WB: Because I'm usually someone who rushes, I try to slow myself down by going 'Kyang~~~'

MH: Maybe because I play the drums, and listen to heavy metal... sometimes I can't hear what others are saying.

Q: What's the good and bad thing about being the youngest in the group?
MH: I'm forgiven no matter what bad thing I do. The others treat me very well, like a real younger brother.

Q: What's one way to get away from this summer's heat?
MH: Listen to FT Island's music (Laughs)

MH: It's really good. The first thing we do when we go back to our dorms after a day's work is to go online and search for stuff related to us.

MH: Although we don't have any special instructors, we're good with our instruments.

My sister heard 사랑앓이 after watching a variety program. My sister and I
are very into SG Wannabe, M.C. the Max, Vibe, etc. so when she said F.T. Island
had a good song I was like, "a boy band?" I quickly found out they're not a boy band.
They actually make good music. They're not a boy band rather a band. You know with
the vocals and instruments.

Now I can't stop listening to their music. They're very addictive.
I really adore the vocals.

I really like F.T Island (just bought their CD) but I don't like the fact that they don't play their instruments live. I've seen like 1 performance out of 10 where they performed live. If they don't perform their instruments live, it's basically just a solo performance of Hongki with the rest of the group serving as a random replaceable band playing air guitar/bass/etc.
