I noticed that there is a lot of Jongki coupling. When Hongki is singing he ususally faces Jonghun or walks right beside him for a moment. He did that in the 'FT Island' [Let's Go!] MV and in the rehearsals, too.

Aww! Everyone calls it Jongki... It's Hongjong! ROFLROFL! I completely love calling them Hongjong because it sounds so weird. Hahaha. Hongjong and Minjinbin! HAHAHAH. I spent too much time doing these sorts of things... (Sighs.) But it's true... Hongki does seem to like Jonghun. Hahaha. Although... I'm not into that stuff... I think these boys are all really close. Which is really awesome. ^^

AHAHAHAHA LIES! I will end up liking Hong Ki and Jae Jin the most bc...x: Verlah already started brainwashing me with Jae Jin's name. T_T;; His name is stuck in my head! ;o; I am so going to buy their album too. <3

Then Hongki makes his escape and all the other members leave too. :x :x

I love the chorus. It's so catchy and like a 'bonfire at the beach' song..lol. I dunno if anyone else is familiar with..
the group 311 but this song has that same sound as that other band.^^
I'm still trying to distinguish between the voices...so I know Hongki and Wonbin should be singing in this..but
I'm wondering if any of the other boys are singing in this song as well?

And its cool how now I REALLY have to listen to the intrumentals especially when listening to the
album so I can hear out for the others who don't sing..lols..I can hear the drums and be like 'heeeyy its MinHwan!' XP

indeed the thread is going by fast hehehe. I have been listening to the album all day and i have to say that i like all of their songs a lot!! ^____^ some of their songs can be used for a OST drama...i can imagine it very well =). So far...other then the 3 songs on their MV i enjoy track 5 a lot. I think its one of my personal favorite just loving wonbin rapping and hongki singing with that nice guitar, bass, and drums playing.

i hope some of their songs have instruments i like hearing the band playing without anyone singing its just awsome hearing them!! ^____^.

anyways, first off, my name's N H i X X i E, 16 years old
and a filipina. hi to all my kababayans in here. ^^

i was smart enough to be attracted to the thread's title, since FT. island's a real unique name to come by. and, i was even smart enough to check out who these dudes are. and when i did.. jeez, the first thing that swerved by my mind was they all look so dang hott. LOL. and what excited me most is that their actually in my age bracket, and the amusement of not being a dongsaeng to the people i absolutely support was something i have been dying for since i havebeen introduced to DBSK. i could rejoice now! i'm finally a noona! LOL! SO YOUNG, SO EFFIN TALENTED.

as i've said in my recent post, their music is so boppy and happy. the kind you just wanna listen to and just nod your head along with the tune! LOL! and as i watched their debut performance in Mnet, i have to hand it to them, especially to hong ki, they have such charisma on stage that made me girn so wide it hurt my face. LOL. they're still not yet, as we say, on their most best, but they're amazing enough to attract so much soompiers to talk about them in this thread. LOL.

as regarding to the transfer-to-sm-entertainment (sorry if i'm digging it up again, LOL >.<;;) i agree with the others who had said no. sm is very goal oriented, yes, and i salute them for producing so many amazing artists we have today, but FT island is still on it's first steps. if they have to do something, it's not to transfer to other labels, but to slowly mold themselves into better performers.

as of now, i dn;t have any real favorites talent wise, but i MIN HWAN knocks me off with his undeniable cuteness. LOL. >.<;; he's like handing out his grins! he just smiles EVERYWHERE. there's no stopping him! LOL! and the baby of the group. just effin' adorbale, i have to say!
