so what gives some headlights their distinct cutoff line and super spread beam pattern?
the TL has one of the clearest i've seen. I drove an 05 camry a while back and it had the cutoff also when i shined it against a wall.
so what causes it?

yea im pretty sure the 05 camry doesn't have projectors, but i could be wrong....
projectors help aim the beam in front rather just blast it like a lightbulb
u could always get a retrofit....it'll cost u money but im sure ud enjoy it

^ ^^;...
also has to do with the lens of the projectors... stanley lens provide a nice bluish white cutoff line, while the valeos tend to give out a slight purple cutoff line. i think the bosch has a nice deep blue cutoffline... but i could be wrong.

as stated its the projectors and lens. right now the new TL and s2000s have one of the nicest HIDs out. s2000s are really wide and bright
