for people that wrote your 15 pages for english 200, what did u guys write it on? i need ideas quickly at least before next monday but the earlier the better

i need a topic that is argueable on both sides that has abundant scholary information, no gun control, no abortion, no religion, and nothing about pollution please because it doesn't really motivate me much

i need your guys help because i just switched at least 3 topics this semester, i got a 0 on my drunk driving investigative paper saying that it was too argumentative, but on the drunk driving i could barely find good scholary sources even on the web or school database, when i finally wrote the paper i forgot i needed something that would argue that drunk driving punishments are too harsh, but i can't find nething on it , i even checked out 4 books but seem useless now
i've wasted so much time and i really need an A

please i need some good suggestions on some good topics
i'd appreciate it, tips welcomed

^ I didn't take English 200, but here are just some quick controversial/arguable topics that you can probably do (that I did for my other courses):

- No Child Left Behind Act
- Are single-sex classrooms better for student?
- Should homework be abolished?

I believe you should find a good amount of scholarly journals for them. Sorry if none of these topics sound interesting to you, but just a help. ^^

Should school systems use standardized testing? I did this one before, but not for English 200. If you have access to scholarly databases and an academic library, you should find plenty of info on this subject.

Should parents be able to alter their children's genes? One of my classmates from last semester did some research on this for her paper and she found some pretty interesting articles. All of them from scholarly databases since it was required.

my suggestion:
is graduating from a college and get the bachelor degree is a guarantee that a person will be offer better job and earn more money and have high living standards?
becoming entrepreneur and have own business OR working with a company and spend your life devoted on other people business?

this is all that i could think of right now.....
