Drink milk =D and eat healthy.
But ... you stop growing at 16, right O_O?
I'm younger than that, and I'm taller than my mom... but she's pretty short -.-;;
but last time I checked, I was 5'3? So I'm kinda okay with my height:x.
Anyways, drink milk =D that'll help =D

i was 5'4" all the way until i was 14 and people were like "oh you already reached puberty, you won't grow any taller. sorry" but once i turned 15 i shot up another 4 inches and recently i grew another inch so now i'm 5'8" almost 5'9" (i'm 17 btw)
height is mainly genetically predetermined, your parents are really the biggest influence. but there are things you can do. environmental factors and personal health influence height just as much as genetics.
-drink milk.
-do some good stretching (but don't hurt yourself)
-consider taking a low-impact exercise like yoga or pilates. it lengthens your muscles so you look longer and leaner
-but don't stand on your tiptoes. i heard that actually inhibits height growth. standing on your tiptoes everyday is like like wearing heels (since you're forcing your feet into that heeled shape) and heels inhibit you from growing cuz apparently you're putting pressure on some growth nerve or whatnot (i dunno, something in one of my sis's medical books lol)
i dunno how accurate this is, but it's fun to find out eh?

Actually that isn't very true because my aunt and uncle are both 5'3 or so but their children are at least 5'11, even their daughter...

there must be a reson, probably because those kids take other family member's height, like the grandparents/other uncle.
something like that is rarely happened.
most of the time, the children won't be taller than their parents, or just 1-2 inches taller.
