Help! tummy and thigh problem......

Help!
I need some advise on how to slim down my tummy and thigh.
I'm not fat on the other part of my body but I have big tummy and fat thigh.
Anyone can give me some advise on what should I do besides sit-ups cause it doesn't work for me.
And an extra question, can anyone slim down the muscle they get on the calf?

OMFG! It's the same with me! My arms are like... small and then there are my gigantic thighs... Lmao. Anyway, I've gotten them a lot smaller since before. I'm so proud of myself. Lol.

Anyway, the get rid of the fat on your thighs, you can do the bike in the air thingy. Like you're pedaling a bike but you lie on your back and stick your legs up in the air.

And to me, the only way to get rid of my stomach fat is by running. But that makes your calves bigger... So after you jog/run and the muscle is still tense, roll over the muscles on your calves with a bottle or something hard and round. This helps relax the muscle and it seems to get smaller. =]

This is from experience and it works for me. So, maybe you should try it out? It takes time but I think you will start feeling and seeing the results if you try hard enough!

Same with me here, i have a little fat in my stomach but don't know how to get rid of it.... dry.gif

well youre suppose to have legs bigger than your arms or else you'd look like a gorilla if it was the other way around.

do some jogging and running for 30mins a day. or dancing, or biking, biking reallly helps get rid of the fat in teh butt and thighs. i used this excercise bike for a month one time, and i lost 2 inches in my thighs and butt lol

make sure your posture is straight for tummy. I heard that if you slouch alot that helps the fat build up in your stomach... :X... I need to sit up straigher too.. tongue.gif

but uh yea, dancing really helps me with the belly problem.

DITTO. Dancing definitely gets me moving around a lot.
I get really into it, so I move A LOT and with a lot of force :]
