I swear, my aunt has to be thee most stingiest person I have ever met.
A week ago, my aunt was driving me to work because my dad took my car. It was a 25 mph zone, and the lady decided to drive 40 mph. I told her to slow down because I noticed that someone is trying to back out of her house. No, my aunt refused. She decided to speed along stubbornly. So guess what? A young girl rear-ended her car. So we stopped the car, and my aunt was furious.

After her father washes the dirt off the car (she called him out of the house), there were just two minor scratches. Yes, it was visible but it wasn't that bad. She was taking her anger out on the poor girl, trust me...cursed words flew out from every corner of her mouth. So I convinced her to let it go. I mean, the girl's dad even apologizes plus she is still very young...this doesn't need to go on her insurance.
I know it is a Corvette and everything, but it was somewhat her fault for speeding and not stopping (out of courtesy). So after much begging on my part, she decided to drop it.
One week later, my aunt decided...she is going to press charges on the girl. Not just for the accident, but for her health also. o_o 0_0 O_O I am not too sure on the details but just yesterday she asked me to be her witness. In all honesty, I don't want to do it but she is my aunt afterall...
Has anybody been put in the "witness" stand for car accidents? What did you do?

Haha I almost stopped reading there. Sorry, it's just sorta how you nonchalantly threw that in there that made it funny.
Chances are she's not pressing charges, just suing her insurance company for the damages to her car (like she should, she shouldn't have to suffer because someone else hit her car) and also for "Pain, Suffering and Inconvenience"
