阿金向克莉丝汀求婚，但是克莉丝汀却不答应，阿金大受打击。阿金潜入医院察看克莉丝汀是否交了新男友，克莉丝汀这时知道阿金有多在乎他，克莉丝汀表白她拒绝的原因是自己的身体有不为人知的伤疤，克莉丝汀不愿意身上的伤口坦漏在阿金面前。阿金为了让她了解自己的心意，於是把自己扮丑，像是烫伤，克莉丝汀难过，却不离不弃。两人心意相通，阿金再次求婚，克莉丝汀答应。
湘琴的生日即将到来，湘琴想一想，发现自己从没收过直树的礼物。湘琴要直树空下自己生日当天，见湘琴这麼努力安排生日的事，直树答应生日当天与湘琴约会。
为了约会湘琴精心打扮，却在赴约路上遇到车祸伤患，湘琴忘了约会替病人急救，送到医院，折腾了大半天，湘琴到约会的地点已经是夜晚，湘琴此时的装扮凌乱带血，又以为直树已经回去，想到直树要帮自己庆生的计画泡汤，难过哭了，直树此时出现，看到好像受伤的湘琴，生气又担心。
直树带湘琴到自己的研究室，秀出湘琴之前送给他的所有东西：像是迷你袖珍小屋、按摩器等等，湘琴见直树一一保存，十分感动，这时直树送给湘琴象徵真爱的钮扣戒指，两人一片甜蜜。
第一美形男模 NOBU 到康南医院看病，护士们期待著美男到来，却发现 NOBU 骄傲无礼个性又差，湘琴斥责 NOBU ，这时 NOBU 却紧抱她，直树出现看出 NOBU 就是长大后的阿诺，邀请阿诺到家里。湘琴讶异小时候如天使般的阿诺，长大后居然成了恶魔，希望阿诺跟裕树见面后可以恢复小时候的清纯

AJ proposes to Christine, but Christine did not accept and tat was a big blow to AJ. AJ goes to the hospital and observes wheteher Chris has found a new boyfriend, by then Chris already knows that AJ cares for her very much, Chris admits that the reason why she rufused AJs proposal was because she has scars that she does not want others to see most especially AJ. In order to let her see his sincerity, AJ wanted to scald himself too, Chris feels bad and does not give up. The two finally reach an understanding, AJ proposes again and Chris accepts.
XQs birthday is coming soon, XQ thinks, and discovers that she has never received a gift from ZS. XQ wants ZS to make sure that he is free on the day of her birthday, seeing XQ working so hard to prepare for her birthday celebration, ZS agrees to go out on a date with XQ on that day.
XQ was very careful in preparing herself for the date, but on the way to their date she saw a traffic accident victim, XQ forgets about the date and administers first aid for the patient, sends to the hospital, and wasted most of the day, and it was already late at night when she finally arrived at the place of their date, this time XQs appearance is already disorderly and is full of blood, she also thought that ZS already went back, thinking that all the plans with ZS to celebrate her birthday did not happen, she felt bad and thus cried, this time ZS appears, seeing XQ who looked like she was hurt, got angry and worried at the same time.
ZS brings XQ to his office, and brings out all the things that XQ has given to him from the beginning: like the miniature cake shop, massager and so on, XQ seeing that ZS kept all these things was extremely moved, this time ZS gives XQ a button ring which is symbolic, the couple is very happy.
No.1 male model Nobu came to Kang Nan hospitsl for a chech up, the nurses are all looking forward to his arrival, but discovers that Nobu is arrogant and impolite, XQ reprimands Nobu, this time Nobu hugs her very tight, ZS then arrives and was able to tell that Nobu is the grown up Ah Nuo, invites Ah Nuo to come over to teir house. XQ was astonished that the little angel Ah Nuo became a devil when he grew up, XQ hoped that Ah Nuo fter meeting up with YS again will be able to go back to his old self when he was still young.
Seriously, he's supposed to be about Yu Shu's age, why would they chose an actor who looks like he's in his mid-20's to act as the grown up Ah Nou? 
Teenager Yu Shu is a little more believable than the 'grown up' Ah Nou.
