i need to go on a diet!!!!
so i decided t go on slim fast (baby!!!)
how do i ...use it??
just drink that instead of your regular meals for 2 weeks??
sounds dangerous...
do they mean like... eat breakfast and have it for dinner...vice versa...or drink it all day 3xs a day????
advice???

It all depends on your weight. If you are heavier, you are required to have more snacks and a higher calorie count by the end of the day.
If you are average, you usually have to replace 2 meals (any one you like) with the shake, then eat a sensible meal (around 500cal) and you're allowed one snack during lunch like a banana or something.

slim fast tastes good when you first start, then that stupid flavor starts to get under your skin.

it's the same with any diet- it's basically a nutritious drink. It doesn't do any magic- just gives u the energy and fullness that you need. You can either replace it with a meal (Smart option) or have it with a small meal(slow weight loss). It's about 200 calories for can- you do the math. Calculate your BMR & add with energy used(workout), subtract the total amount of calories consumed. For every 500 calories you have left every day- you will lose a lb PER WEEK.

It's a good breakfast replacement if you're in a rush. I lost 10 pounds naturally that way.
