I remember my friend's brother used to paintball, and for fun we threw a couple of the paintballs on her driveway...yeah, that didnt' go over so well with her parents.

it's not as painful as you think, its like getting whip by a wet towel I guess? just a sting and it goes away. When you play at public places theres a limit on how fast you can set your ball to travel so it doesn't cause significant damage. You can still get bruises if you wear just a shirt or something.
First time I played ever, as soon as the game started I got shot in the head by a stray ball from 200-300 feet away haha. I was not happy xD

especially outdoors...indoors is kinda eh...
but when both teams wear camo and there's like battle tactics and stuff it's really cool
if you go with an experienced person then it's really fun

We had game situations where the first team to grab a flag in the middle of the field would win, and attack and defend where one team is defending a building, and the other is attacking it - trying to hit all the people defending it...
There were also so many hardcore guys there...While we were defending, this one guy was like, "Okay, you guys watch the stairs and make sure there isn't a breach!" and using all these war/counter-strike lingo...At one point the attackers got into the building and he started shouting, "BREACH BREACH!" HAHAHAHA I really felt like I was in counter-strike! =D
One thing that bugged me though was the mask. I know it's for protection and all, but it gets really foggy. Near the end I finally shot a person (yay
Man, paintballing was awesome =D

It's good to see there a some people that are interested in playing, but it seems many are afraid of the pain. It's not as bad as many people say it is =P.
