Hey, i think i posted in the wrong section, so i am posting it here now
my friend, his computer is suddenly being weird, he said that the computer keeps restarting, when he tuns it on and try to use the computer, he said it restart's by itself. so he said he said he can't use his computer.
So his computer restarts so many time every time he uses it
He thinks maybe a virus did that, he try to fix it, but it would not work.
is there any way he can fix it?

They seem to have the same issue...
Wait wait...
Do they get into windows so they can sorta see the desktop?
Or
Does crash loading windows?
Two completley different errors.

He can get online and to his folders, but it suddenly restarts by itself.

If your friend can get through the system restore process quickly, then do so, or reformat the computer. If he can save important data, do so quickly before it restarts.

oh that happened to me.. a lot lol
I always assumed that my computer had a bad file or something lol.
maybe a virus lol.
and so um I think my dad reformatted so yeah.
or sometimes i do the system restore thing like what yangster said.
and that helped but I guess I continuously used/downloaded the same kind of file? err cause it happened often and um yeah. okay so he should reformat it asap.
