Didn't Eat Anything For 4 Days O__o and i feel fine lol xD

yeah basically what the title says...
i didnt eat ANYTHING for 4 days (except drinking water)
but I feel perfectly fine o_O
I used to be a huge eater but now I eat very little, or no food at all. =\

did some of you go through this?


EDIT: I forgot to note that I drank a lot of juice as well.

but now i'm eating again and I got my appetite back

I just wanted to know if other girls went through this...

im actually going thru that right now~
like i think for me is cuz of my sleeping cycle?
i got this habit of sleepin~ hmm i dont get sleepy till about 12pm~
so i sleep from 12pm to 4pm and im awake the whole time~
hmm i guess that messes me up with my eating~
cuz after i wake up im not hungry at all~
for me is the second day without eating~
i know is unhealthy but i'm not hungry T^T and everytime i eat i have stomaches ㅠㅠ
bleehhhh

but four days~~~ whoa that crazy~~ you at least try eating something small~
you could end up passing out

It's not unhealthy. I fast on occasion as well. I can go a week to a week and a half without eating, just drinking water. It's good to wash the toxins out of your body that accumulate from food. I like to do that once a month or so, to clean out my system. Only the first couple of days are hard, then it gets easy. And you actually FEEL clean, it's a nice feeling. Of course, I wouldn't ever go longer than two weeks. I think going on an overly long fast is just stupid, unless it's for a political cause or something.

if you wanna lose weight...JUST EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY
how can you feel fine if you haven't eaten for four days???!!!

I hardly think it's "not unhealthy." I mean at least eat a fruit or something.

^That negates the whole point of a fast. The point of a fast is to push all the toxins out. And why is it that anytime anyone talks about not eating, or not liking food, the automatic jump is "You're anorexic." Puh-leaze, we don't all love food. Sometimes I just forget to eat because I don't want to bother cooking or I just don't feel hungry. And it is VERY healthy and a recognized technique to rid your body of toxins by going on a fast. What's unhealthy is people going on a fast and then eating a whole bunch the day their fast ends. If you fast, then the day your fast ends you just eat a piece of fruit. Then the next day a piece of fruit and a piece of toast, then the next day a little more. You don't want to shock your body with too much food after not having any for awhile.

O_o......not eating anything for four days IS extremely unhealthy. Speaking from a strictly medical point of view, the brain requires a certain amount of carbohydrates (i.e. breads, starches, etc) per day to function normally (one of the main reasons as to why nutritionists and doctors are against the Atkin's Diet, which dangerously limits a person's carb intake). Your body as a whole also needs proteins and vitamins as well to perform everyday activites. There are plenty other (healthy) ways to rid your body of toxins than to go several days on end without eating.

yeah, uhm goo eat something because you`re gonna feel
weeak and eventually end up fainting! if you wanna lose weight
you should do it some other healthier way than just starving yourself!

I don't eat everytime I go on any kind of vacation (don't ask please). It's really not healthy for you to go any amount of days with out nutrients that you get from food, always try to eat at least 3 meals a day, if you can't then snacking is good for you.

I hope you don't have to go to the hospital. The only time I experienced no food for that many consecutive days (I think it was 5) was when I had the stomach flu, and I felt like the world was going to squish me.

I don't know what exactly you're trying to prove, but I hope somebody shoves food in your mouth before anything severe happens.

if you do starve yourself long enough you'll definitely faint. a week or more maybe.

you know you've only got one body so you should take good care of it...meaning go and get something to eat. something healthy to eat.

Aaaaaahhhhh, please eat healthy food at least T_T...

One time, I didn't eat for a day and I seriously died +_+. Well, I didn't die, but I fainted. Food is like ... energy right ._.? Yeah. sleep.gif I should SO pay attention more in school... anyways...TOT I think you should atleast eat something! Sure there's water but TOT fruits and veggies!! O_O What if you get an eating disorder..... AH,

TOT, I've seen too many people being stick thin and totally unhealthy.
Please don't be one of them

Not eating for four days is extremely unhealthy. You still need the vitamin`s & stuff you get from food. Even if you feel fine now, it will take a toll on your health pretty soon. I don`t know if this is for weight loss purposes or not, but please, eat something.

one of my guy friends did that because he was gaming all the time


..... then his stomach acids ate through his stomach and he had to get surgery.


and he didn't eat for 3 days -__-

like, i just completely lost my appetite

but then i started getting this really bad stomach ache..
